I just started using the app and am one who doesn't like to read directions. I kind of wing it and I got stuck this weekend. utkarsh helped me immediatly via chat and solved my problems for me quickly. With Black Friday around the corner I am beyond grateful and relieved. 5 stars for Sure and 10 for service. Update 12/21/20 - I continue to be pleased with the immediate service and the level of help I receive - I wish there were some things I could do my self, but I grateful for the always prompt responses.

Not user friendly at all. Integration is nice when it actually decides what order it wants to bring over.

Good integration, sometimes freezes my browser though so please work on optimising your frontend. Support is very helpful.

The app made it really simple to integrate Etsy with Shopify, the free trial was nice, the app is a little to expensive for me at this moment becuuase I just started my business, however when I emailed them and asked them to cancel my free trials, they offered me a discount and did have really good customer service. Once my business grows, I will definitely use the app in the future

I appreciate this app, it makes my life a lot easier running both Etsy and Shopify. I recently had an issue with product variants not being created from Shopify to Etsy and the support team was super helpful. Issue was resolved the same day! Thank you very much

This is a great app. Take some time to understand how to make it work . But the support is awesome . They are available to get live calls and provide awesome support. I plan to continue to use them and have upgraded my plan from monthly to yearly because I know I will be using their service to scale my store.

l was having some issues with importing some of my products from my old store in shopify over to Etsy. I had the opportunity to work with Shikha Chaturved on the technical support at Etsy Marketplace and I must say that I am over satisfied with his support.

Tech support are not very useful - most of the times they could not solve my problems and I had troubleshoot by myself. Consider how much they are charging for each month, I am not satisfied by their service.

It is a little difficult to navigate but they were super helpful and I think once I get used to it, it will meet my needs perfectly!

What a great APP! The look and feel of this app is simple but very effective, easy to navigate and very user friendly. Do not be scared if you have low experience in cross-platform integration as the guys at CED have nailed it with this APP! The product management allows you to SYNC all products including fine details such as variants and inventory with the click of a button or you can opt to have it automatically managed which makes it vital for anyone wanting to fully automate their store. If you are like me and have a store with many products under one category you can easily create a profile which then completes Etsy's in-depth product detailing for any product you place under it. The integration couldn't be easier with your Etsy, you simply need to be logged into both your Etsy and Shopify and the rest is magic! I couldn't end this review without mentioning the AMAZING support from the 24/7 support team, I honestly have never known an APP to have a team of support available at a moments notice, making the whole process enjoyable and easy. Shubham has been great to me, even offering to call me when I am struggling to Sync a new product, now that is extra service! 110% recommend CED, it is a MUST to any Etsy seller than wan'ts to automate and scale their business.

It was just ok to me. Once I discovered it's features, I wasn't that impressed so I decided to cancel before the 7-day trial period ended. I was under the impression that I could test this app out for a 7 day trial period with unlimited products on ETSY. That is wrong! Be careful! Only 10 products with this 7-day trial! I was charged the full amount for going over 10 products even though I cancelled before the 7-day trial period. Be careful with their trial period!

i find the app easy to work with,and love it how it migrated all my Shopify products into my Etsy shop .The support team is very helpful and onto it. Big thumbs up to Mantasha

App a little bit confusing at first, but support was instant and guided me all the way to publishing.

Customer service is 10/10. I had a small issue with variant mapping and it was fixed within 5 minutes. Amazing. Great app too!
