First of all I'd like to say that this app takes your email marketing to a whole new level without even putting in any effort. This app have saved more than 1000 sales for us so far and we have had record numbers of saved sales with this app this month. the customer service is also great. They can answer any of your questions no matter the difficulty.

I just got my first sale off of an abandoned cart!! That is a feature I had never thought of and therefore wasn't looking for when I was shopping for this kind of app, but I sure am glad it is part of the free package. This was only my 4th sale (my store is still new), and therefore quite significant. I'm very appreciative.

I notified app support I was not versed in html and Michael took a great deal of time helping me set up the marketing I needed. He did a remarkable job and I am very impressed with the service.

Looks great, I have a french site. so all ready to use emails have to be edited. App allow to edit but it's look like I need to understand coding. Witch I refuse to learn. Send a request to support; No answer after a day. Decided to uninstall the app; Disappointed

Easy to use app. Need to have a very low level of familiarity with code in order to edit the copy of the emails. I had one issue, and the founder of the company hopped on the chat to fix it! One piece of functionality that I would like is if it could link with the tracking numbers on orders to send an email when the tracking number shows it was delivered.

We have just started using Follow Up Email Marketing, but so far the experience is great. The application presents you with many useful types of email campaigns that you should be using, has every filtering mechanism you would expect, along with many scheduling options. We were looking for some non-standard features in our emails, and their team worked hard to help us get what we needed. Great support and follow-up. Highly recommend for soliciting reviews from your Shopify store.

Michael has babysat me through this process, he has been SUPER helpful, his service is second to none. I highly recommend him and this app. I usually don't write reviews but he has been outstanding. We are new to the app and just activated our campaigns, so we will see how they go. BUT, I give this 5 star rating for the customer support side of things. The support team goes above and beyond to ensure your campaigns are running perfectly. They are friendly, responsive and provide resolutions. I'll update this review to focus more on the product, after we have had our campaigns running for a bit.

This app is very easy to use and converts abandoned carts extremely well! Before we installed Follow Up Email Marketing, we were averaging 5-7% recovery on abandoned carts with the Shopify abandoned cart recovery. After installing Follow Up Email Marketing and using it for the last couple of months, we are now at 18-21% recovery which is an amazing improvement! We've tried other abandoned cart recovery apps in the past that did fancy emails but did not convert anywhere near this. Great app guys and well worth the money.

Great app for follow up emails. We send "thank you" and "Please Review" emails. Love how it pulls the precise item and inserts into the email. Very helpful.

This is one of my favourite apps on Shopify. I've been using this for about two weeks and have seen remarkable results for our abandoned cart and lapsed customer emails. What I like the most is the excellent service - I've been chatting with the CEO, Michael, using their in-app live chat functionality and he is super prompt in resolving all our issues. Whether it's email best practices, analytics and tips, we always hear from him directly in a few hours!

This app should be mandatory for all Shopify businesses! It's great - easy to use and the customer support is awesome.

I had no idea how much support I would get in installing app and setting up the emails. Very helpful!! I love the app.

I was looking for an automated email option that was easy to use and was reasonably priced for a small business. After installing and deleting a couple of other email apps I found this app was exactly what I was after. The templates make it super easy to format your message or you can dive deeper with more customization if needed. Their customer service is outstanding and they get back to you quickly if you have questions. For the price and the time spent creating the emails, you can't go wrong with this app.

Writing my second review here since I am now a month into usage. This application does EVERYTHING we were looking for it to do. It is not the flashiest or fanciest thing on the market but it DELIVERS which is FAR more important in this smoke and mirrors day and age. On top of that customer support (Michael) has went above and beyond for me as went over our quota our first month (due to sending backlogged emails) and he scrambled (While traveling) to make sure our needs were met and we didn't skip a beat. Zero chance I delete this app or change providers!
