This app is just what I was hoping to find to help me get reminders out to my customers to leave reviews. I am so thankful that the wonderful support I got from Shopify suggested it to me. I love the app! I was hoping that the automation for review request email will include "from delivery" instead of "from placing of order" or "from fulfillment or update." This would be very helpful.

We love this ap! We're constantly adding new email campaigns and they're working great! Our only suggestion is that auto-generated discount codes be customizable. It would be great if we could set criteria - i.e. code can only be used for certain collections.

They make it soooooo easy to get started with email marketing. I wish I would've found them sooner! Don't even bother with Mailchimp. Come straight to this app, even if you're a first-timer.

I use this app for my abandoned cart and product review emails, which were very easy to configure! Technical support is very helpful when needed!

Nice product, pretty easy to use. A little bit of basic coding required, would personally like to see that simplified. But like it overall and will keep using.

This app helped me to meet my follow up emails at minimal to no cost. Conversion rates also very high due to multiple follow up emails option.

Highly recommended. I needed this app for sending out review requests retroactively and it turned out to be a perfect tool for that purpose. There was a minor issue regarding my quota and when I sent them a message, the CEO, Michael responded me personally in a short time despite holiday, he was extremely helpful and EVEN extended my quota until they work things out. How GENEROUS is that? So I'd definitely recommend this app, 5/5! :)

Very easy to use and effective. It automates some basic but important activities so you can concentrate on other things without worrying that you're missing opportunities. Looking forward to new developments
