Follow-up email has been the best automatic email app we've used for Shopify. It is highly versatile and allows for many options and filters when setting up. The only thing I would say is not great is that there is little visibility on which emails are scheduled to be sent which makes it hard to understand if it is working well before the emails are actually sent. Other than that, great app.

Very easy to configure the emails we required and I'm sure they will assist in retaining Customers while monitoring their satisfaction levels... The free plan suits our business for now but would be happy to upgrade if demand warrants it...

I recently began using Follow Up app to send requests out to customers for reviews. It has definitely encouraged more customer reviews and I am very happy with that and the app itself. It was easy to use.

A good deal of functionality in the app - provides options for a broad range of e-mail follow ups including cart abandonment, fullfillment, etc.. It's nice that they already have templates built out, so you don't have to type an email from scratch - you can just edit theirs. Also, they have great customer service! The free plan is still valuable - I encourage you to download it and give it a try.

[Update] 5 stars now! The first feature I was missing was actually available. I just didn't find it. Support has been great, so now I understand how it works. The only thing I'm waiting for is lifetime order amount, but this is on the roadmap for the developer, so I'm happy for now! [Old review] This is a great app! It's perfect for the small store or the one that just opened, because it's free for up to 50 emails/month. It's very intuitive and user-friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars (yet) is because it's currently not possible to create your own "recipe". For example. If I want to follow up with a customer in 6 months from now, or if I want to send a discount code to people with a total order amount of over $***, I don't have that option. That would make it the perfect app for me. That said. I tried various different apps to do what this one does, and this one is by far the most user friendly. Keep it up!

Follow Up Email is just what I was looking for! Simple easy to use, makes keeping in touch with customers a snap. I love all the different action events that you can set it for: Abandoned checkout, First order and Last customer activity to name a few favorites. Would defiantly recommend this to anyone who wants a sure fire way to simplify their customer relations.
