Absolutely the best solution of all the Follow up apps I tried! Yes I know some users would like a wysiwyg styling option, but if you are into a little coding, it´s perfect! Next thing to add, make the discount code work with bulk discounts app or just a csv file!

This App does what I need it to do. It sends a reminder email to customers to request a reviews. Simple to set up and it works.

It does the job although I would like the option and making outgoing emails a bit prettier.

A great option for adding more flexibility and control to automated emails. We had a few questions while getting set up and the support team was exceptionally helpful and quickly responded to our inquiries.

Very useful service. I started noticing emails that are getting sent to customers I know nothing about. So far nobody was convinced to complete their orders, but I think one day it will happen. There are a lot of features that Follow Up Email provide. For me I think it is an essential tool to any statup business.

Really great app, was paying a company to manage this before and this is a much better application and easy to use. I highly recommend using the html edits and enhancing the emails even further.

Simple and responsive with proactive but not pushy contact.

This is a good app although I haven't had it long enough to asses it's impact on sales. One star is lost as the images in the abanded cart email are blurry and I don't know why. The text is also bright green and I have been unable to figure out how to change it. Otherwise, very promising features and I look forward to running it longer to see how it impacts the bottom line.

Just being able to email people that have abandoned a cart is enough to install this app but the fact that you can email them in a drip campaign set at different intervals and track the click-through rates make this app all the better. But that’s not all; there are so many other fantastic features that can help your store with traction that it’s worth every penny.

This app is great! It's easy to use and we've already had success in recovering abandoned carts. For that alone, it's worth a little investment.

I like the way it's set up. It's all integrated in the Shopify platform, so no third-party website to go to. It's also very straight forward and set up. The only downside I find is that the emails are not that good looking... compared to other apps that is. If you know a little HTLM, you can probably make better ones (in my opinion).

Quick, Easy, Cheap! Ported all our triggered emails over from springbot with no trouble, but great user support for any questions you have. It's kind of hard to believe what a slick bargain it is, without sacrificing any polish or usability.

Excellent product, highly customizable and simple emails sent directly to the customers without looking like newsletters. A great personal way to communicate.

These guys are veterans of ecommerce extensions. I've used their magento extensions for many years on our websites and many of our clients. It's great to have them developing apps for Shopify now! This follow up email app is a MUST if you're a serious store owner. They even have live chat directly in the app which is super helpful if you have any questions. Great App! Set up once and it will do the work for you forever. Very easy - you choose what you want in those emails. Unfortunately,doesn't pick up on manually cancelled orders(like fraud ones), still sends them the cancel follow up email which I found was funny in this case.

So far so good. We are still setting up emails, but we have sent a few one-off emails and a few automated ones and they appear to work well!

I have been looking and looking for a simple app that will allow me to send automated emails that are classic and don't look "big box" (which doesn't resonate with our customers). Great addition to our ecommerce experience. Follow Up Emails keep our customers engaged, we've had some very positive feedback from our customers since setting up this app.

The team is great, they are responsive and are constantly trying to make the product better. Functionality is good- we'll see if it actually drives more reviews but its easy to set up and has a lot of options.
