I'm so impressed with the customer support for this app! I had some difficulty with linking bulk files to products and their different variants and the developer of the app jumped on a live chat (very late in evening his time) to help me step by step with the process to make the linking to different variants and files so much easier and quicker. In moving forward this has saved me so much time and makes the whole set up more streamlined. I'd highly recommend this digital download app for the ease of use and most of all for the quality of support!

Compared about 15 apps and this one is by far the easiest to use and setup. has enough customization for any level and best of all the developer seems to be very responsive. Even the pricing is fair when you take into account how clean and streamlined the interface is. Highly recommend!

Also liked that a tutorial video by the owner helped me update code on my Shopify site to integrate downloads to my customer account. This app is highly recommended by me!

This app is great, much better than the others I've used before. It's easy to attach digital downloads to products, and took me about 15 minutes to set up properly. Kartik was quick to respond to any questions I had and provided excellent support. I would definitely recommend; the free option is also great, when I start making more sales I will likely upgrade. So glad that this was an option. It works as intended. It runs smooth. The developer has easy to follow how-tos for additional tools I was able to install on my site. The developer also responds fast, understands issues and helps problem solve right away. I really recommend using Filemonk.

Filemonk is the best app I've found from Shopify to automatically deliver digital downloads to my customers. The pricing for each tier is reasonable with plenty of room for my needs on the free option. After testing a couple of other apps from Shopify, I felt that the "download" emails they would send to my customers weren't customizable enough or looked spammy. I like that I can change the button colors and add my logo to each page to customize my customers' experience. In addition to great performance from the app, Kartik (the developer) is AMAZING at customer service. After I reached out to him with a problem, he didn't just fix it for me - he created a whole new feature of the app in less than a day to make that change accessible for me should I want to keep editing it in the future! I've been very pleased with Filemonk so far and would definitely recommend you use it as your digital download delivery system.

Great, affordable app! Very clear for both the business owner to use as well as for the customer who's buying the digital product. I wanted our customers to only receive 1 email with both the order confirmation and the download button. At first, it wasn't possible to disable the mail sent by Filemonk so I reached out to Kartik. He updated his app in a day, to cater to our needs. On top of that he provided me with a new piece of coding that I could add to the Shopify order confirmation mail which would show an eye catching download button and would get the customer in the Filemonk flow. For someone who's in online business but is not a web developer, this kind of support is GOLD! Thanks Kartik!

Easy to use, clean interface and works like a charm. Support is also great and very responsive! Kartik is always a pleasure to talk to, you can tell he really cares about his customers. Fully recommend this app. The only missing feature I would love to see added would be multilingual support.
