Fantastic customer support, all requests are resolved quickly. The app fulfils our requirements 100%. Easy to use. We have tested a few apps of this type, but this one is definitely the best. We can highly recommend this app.

Filemonk is a great app and digital file delivery for Shopify. Sandesh tech support was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. He worked with me patiently and diligently to have my issue resolved in one session via chat. I absolutely love how the chat/help feature is embedded in all Filemonk pages so you do not have to dig deep and waste time trying to find how to begin asking for help. Haven't had a huge amount of experience with the app itself at time of writing as I'm still doing legwork on digital options while setting up my store, but I've spoken with Vishu from Filemonk on a few occasions now, and he has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my queries and questions. The customer service is definitely great here.

This app is super easy to use! Makes fulfilling my digital products simple. I was also able to double my upload limit with the help of the support team. Really enjoying using this app.

A simple solution to selling digital products on shopify.

This is the best digital products app on Shopify. First of all, it's one of the only apps I could find that allows an external link to digital products rather than a downloadable file. My digital products are already hosted online, so there is nothing to download, but Filemonk lets me use the download button as a link. (Other apps always require you to upload a file). The button appears on thank you pages and in an email. And customers can always revisit the order page where their digital products are listed. Perfect. Also, they have excellent support. Sneha and Anaam dealt with all my questions within minutes. At one point I even asked to adjust a feature and it was implemented by the developers the next day. The pricing is affordable and they are generous with discounts. The feature ideas forum tab is a good sign that they listen to feature requests. I highly recommend Filemonk!

So far so good. Easy to setup and get started. Customer service seems great. I haven't received any orders yet, but once I do I can write a full review.

This app is very good, I've never had a problem and neither had my clients, also the users support is great!. I've been using Filemonk for a few months now and it's been running quite smoothly. All my initial setup issues were resolved very promptly by their customer service representative Sneha. I needed to view 50 products instead of 20 and they were able to change the default through their back end specially for my requirement.
