We were looking for a wholesale pricing solution for our shop and Bold came highly recommended by several other online shop owners. The whole process was simple and the customer service was outstanding. They installed the app, tested it and tested it some more and when I had a follow-up question it was answered immediately. We HIGHLY recommend Team Bold and the Wholesale app!

Sorry, I have to give it a 1 star because I can't do 0 stars. I loaded your app. Followed your instructions to the T... (which were very easy to follow). I then had follow up questions on specific things I needed help from Customer service. The first and only time I used customer service.. No one was there. Not by Phone. Not by Live Support. Even the Shopify Guru's were shocked that they couldn't find a human to help me. Time is money. I was not prepared to wait days to get answers. Unfortunately, I deleted your app and moved to your competitor. For free they integrated and the customer service has been immediate. Customer Service is key in this day and age. If you aren't able to be there, your competition just might be.

Customer Support is AMAZING! So thorough, prompt, and effective. I want to switch all my apps to Bold Apps.

One of the main reasons I switched my e-commerce platforms was the necessity for a real group pricing option (wholesale customers). I stumbled upon the Bold app in a Google search and my mind was made up. The fact that there is a 3 month trial period made it even better. I ran into a small issue initially, due to my poor spelling, and had to contact support. Holly helped me through my oversight and got me up and running. Easy to use and does what we needed! Instruction to install was great and it uses generic Shopify database instead of a separate one. Great app!

We have a very complex model where we sell retail as well as to Interior Designers & Architects so we need to offer tiered pricing that varies by vendor. We also have different vendors by geographic territories depending on their existing distribution so it creates a complex set of issues that I was not sure we would be able to solve until we found the Customer Pricing - Wholesale, Member & Country Specific App by BOLD. It is intuitive, easy to setup and has allowed us a tremendous opportunity to attract stronger vendors and broaden our customer base across the United States.

The app works great! I am very happy with it. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to do customer specific pricing. I am not the most tech savvy person and it is easy for me to use.

This App is simple. It does exactly what it says it does, and costumer service is outstanding. Documentation is great and the video tutorials make everything even simpler. I have a jewellery business with both retail and wholesale customers. This app has allowed me to present my collections in wholesale dollars to my stockists - so they can very easily order from me online. The app has saved myself and my wholesale customers oodles of time! I don't have to have a separate area of the site just for them. Plus I love that I can hide certain listings from specified customers.. some listings are just for retail, and some are just for wholesale. Great support. As with any new app - the more you use it, the better it gets and is easier to use.

Such a useful app to make rewarding loyal customers a breeze. Also saves making extra categories of products for wholesale customers. Just tag the customer and the app does the rest. Amazing support from the Team as always. Love it!

So far, so good! This app rolled over all of our pricing and enabled us to expand our geographic reach into retail outlets through our on line presence. Took the hassle out of creating line sheets & extra work that no small business has time to fit in or the overhead to cover. Great solution to a very important problem!

Really nice app. Makes my wholesale ordering process a whole lot smoother! It would be nice to be able to add a variety of shipping prices based on customer tags as well.

After the app is installed correctly, it works seamlessly for our wholesale needs. Easy to navigate, manage and separate our online consumers from wholesale accounts. The team was super helpful is assisting with a few custom integrations. Would highly recommend.

I've been using Customer Pricing since May 2015. Generally I'm pretty happy with the app. It is an easy interface for buyers and easy to work with on my end. I use a three-tiered wholesale pricing system which is fairly complicated and the app handles it beautifully. I don't like that I have to turn the app on and off every time I want to make a product change. It is very slow. And I also don't like that wholesale buyers can purchase something that is out of stock. But other than that it is good. And Bold tells me that they are aware of these two issues and working on them. The support has been amazing. They helped me install it for free. And they have been quick to answer any question.

Easy to use and very friendly. Save dollars and creates seamless experience vs creating two separate stores.

We had several issues out of the gate, but after working with Ryan from the support team, all of our issues were resolved in a timely fashion. They are responsive and as of today everything is working perfectly as promised. Communication and timely responses are key to a successful relationship and we found this with Ryan from Bold Apps.
