We have used bold apps before and have great success, however this app just didnt fit our store. Not to say its not a good app, but where it created multiple (Wholesale) items for every item it over sold products. The staff at bold is always helpful and quick to respond! Will use bold for other apps in the future!

This is a very powerful but straight forward app. It's working very well for my needs. My support questions have been handled extremely fast and they follow up with you right away. If you need more control over pricing and setting different price levels for different customers, get this app!

best app, lots of options and possibilities

This App is awesome. We don't even use it as much for wholesale pricing yet, but we use it for family/friend discounts as well as brand ambassador discounts. We didn't want an across the board percentage off, but rather specific discounted prices for each product, and this is the only thing we could find that allows you to do that. Highly recommended.

So far I love the app. I installed it myself and had a small issue there. Tamer (support team member) helped me to solve it. This app is great. Now I can have wholesale, retail and VIP customers sorted into the groups with different prices :-) Would recommend it!!

At first, we downloaded Customer Pricing hoping that it would be easy to use, and that we could easily create different customer groups. Having only 2 groups (default and retailer) we thought that it would be SUPER easy. I had to send about 5 emails a day because the system clearly did not work with our shopify - the default customers were seeing the retailer prices, even though we had followed all the steps necessary so that it did not do so. And, although it may seem like nothing, it had a HUGE impact on our credibility and sales. Although the Customer Service reps are super friendly and respond quite fast, they didn't help much. I mean, I could see that it was not working, and all I could get as a reply was "no no, don't worry every thing looks fine on our side". We are a new company launching a product, and Customer Pricing has delayed our launch by a few weeks. I definitely DO NOT recommend Customer Pricing.

This app is great and the Bold folks are always really responsive whenever there is any issue. We use a number of their other apps too. Installation is a breeze especially with their help.

This app has allowed me to create tiered pricing for our customers and has been an immense help!

We attempted to try another similar app to no avail. We signed up for this app and it said 2 days for the liquid to be updated. They did it in 2 hours and we were hard at work entering everything and the app was active in 3 hours! Amazing, fast and quick service response that allowed us to start using this app immediately. The country specific pricing is exactly what we needed and the wholesale saves us alot of time. Over time, we will use the customer VIP, Gold and Silver levels. 5 STARS for sure with this app.

Honestly, a great app. I was debating between this app and one other app to have both wholesale and retail pricing on our site. But the features in this app far outweigh the features offered by the other. Plus it took us a few days to get it set up and get the kinks worked out, but the support team was always on it, and very responsive. I was a bit scared since I didn't know how helpful they will be, but they were patient, and quick, and helped solve our problem and get us fully set up. If you are looking for a good app to offer both wholesale and retail, then CSP is the way to go!

This app is crucial if you using another invoice system (like Suffio) to invoice your wholesale (or discounted) customers. The invoicing apps for Shopify lack in the area of transferring the discounted prices to line items and is quite confusing to your customer. The detailed pricing option on Bold Customer Pricing allows you to transfer the discounted price to your invoices. Its great!

Bold App allows us to offer special pricing for valued customers and open a whole line of repeat business using our products as thank-you's and giveaways. This has been super valuable for us as an emerging e-commerce company and we highly recommend Bold to anyone who needs special pricing for "VIP" customers. Great app!

Installation was a bit tricky but I was able to figure it out.

Launched a new site for our e-commerce business that has many different channels, wholesale, direct to consumer, and brick and mortar. Delivering the best user experience was really important to us, and customer pricing app solved a huge problem our business had. Delivering the same user experience our online customers have to our wholesalers. This app is pure gold! Support is great as well, to boot. What more could you ask for!

We needed to create reduced pricing for a logged in member group on a per product basis and this app allows us to do exactly that.

Genius app, a bit complicated to install, but worth every cent! Great and fast support!

Seems like a really good app. This is my first experience of Shopify and its apps. I was impressed by the long trial period and even more impressed by the integration service.

I found a problem with app. Its urgently to fix or desactivate the following option """Override the cents on the calculated price. (This doesn't round, it will replace the cents with the value below)"" If selected, prices will end with:"" this is an example about the problem: if you decide that your price end at 0.99 the problem will be following price 3.49 -10% = 3..14 because you decide end at 0.99 so the price will be on you page 3.99 more expensive that your original price. (All my prices have that problem I have to desactivate that option. One solution I tested to fix the problem was that my price end at 0.09 (easy). but when you write that number and then save, the number 0.09 will turn on 0.90. do not accept numbers from 1cents to 9 cents (0.01 , 0.09). so for the same example your price will be 3.90

The people at bold apps were phenomenal. Their service was prompt and very friendly, and they help me get my app customized and running in a day (rather than the 2-3 days the propose). I am just starting to dig in and use the app, but I cal already see it is going to be a very powerful tool to help me reach my wholesale customer!

Overall this product does exactly what I needed to do which is setup custom pricing for groups and individuals. Simply create a tag, define the pricing for the tag and tag the Shopify customer account with the appropriate tag or multiple tags. Support has always been quick to respond and very helpful. 4 stars are awarded instead of 5 due to the app being somewhat confusing at times albeit very powerful. Bold Apps as a whole is great. We are using several Bold Apps in our shopify store and are very happy with them.
