app works great, there are a few things that it has issues with, such as complications with inventory apps, but not sure this can be avoided. you should pay the extra amount to have it installed correctly, I tried myself and got close but had some small errors. Customer service is great, harder to get a hold of them by email, but I was able to call and get my questions answered right away.

Simple, effective and easy to use. It really is the go to app for multiple pricing options. It needs more than 5 stars.

This app has allowed me to have a rocking business model and all automatic. A must have for recurring customers!

Very useful app. Setup was a bit tricky, might have gone for the $40 let them do it option if I had to do it again, but it works. And the $40 setup is a good deal.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. Even worse than when I had to talk to someone in India to try and fix my Dell over the phone. They are there to sign you up and charge you and then boom! disappear. I've called and emailed at least 10 times over the last two weeks to get support and I only get a help desk reply that says "Your request (#40331) has been updated." Then nothing. No call, no email. I reply back asking them to call because when I call no one EVER answers the phone. Then a day or two later they send another automated message that says: "Our support team replied a few days back, and just checking in to see if you still had questions. If so, you can simply reply. If everything is good, you can ignore this message." Need a refresher? Here's the history of this support request: Save your money. I'm sure they will read this and reach out to me now!

We have been using this app since last year. The app is pretty straightforward and the staff are helpful.

BoldApps does it again with the customer pricing app. We installed this app at Vapor Jedi Electronic Cigarettes & Accessories to run wholesale and franchisee pricing accounts through our website to make a streamlined way for our wholesale customers and franchisees to place their product orders. We wanted them to be able to see their pricing on each product when they logged into their account and be able to place their orders and pay for their orders right there on the website without us needing to manually create or edit their orders to reflect their pricing. It was frustrating for them not to know what their total was going to be before their pricing was applied and we spent a lot of extra time adjusting their orders because of this. Bold Apps installed it for us, and everything is golden again at Vapor Jedi!

The BoldApps Customer Pricing - Wholesale, Member & Country Specific Pricing App has been just the thing I needed to take my Shopify store to the next level. I created pricing levels for wholesale buyers who contact the site directly, field salesmen, shops brought on board by the field salesmen and some member specific pricing. Everything seems to be running flawlessly thus far. I had the BoldApps Genius team install the Liquid code onto my website which saved me time and insured that everything was installed correctly. A complete bargain for the one time $40.00 fee it cost to have them do it. Just started using this app and so far it works great! This app has allowed us to utilize Shopify as a wholesale channel freeing a lot of extra time and capital. Love it!

I have used this for 6 months and it works very well. I asked them to install it and it was done over a weekend which is very impressive. I had a few support requests which were all quickly and expertly handled. It was really impressive. I had to uninstall sadly as when customer pricing groups are live and if you use rich pins, or any of the marketplaces ie wanelo etc they pull the discounted members prices. When a customer lands on the store they see the full price which leads to disappointment. Sadly Bold Apps say that there is no work around. Anyway 5* from me for their support.

I am very happy with this app. It solves a problem that I desperately needed solved, pricing levels for my customers. The install was completed on time as advertised (yes I paid for installation).

I am extremely pleased with this app! I'm even more pleased with the support!! For me there was a learning curve and without the amazing support I received, I would have given up long ago. They helped me with the liquid install so I'd be up and running as quickly as possible. This was great as I had customers waiting to purchase product. I highly recommend this app. it makes selling retail and wholesale on the same site possible. The customer service is amazing!

My old store was based on osCommerce and I had previously sold memberships that allowed my customers to order my download products for free. As Shopify does not natively support such a system, Bold Apps' Customer Pricing has allowed me to solve this most basic of problems in Shopify the app has helped expand my customer base rapidly and provide the level of support and service I need to keep my customers happy and coming back for more. As I have a custom store template, I had many pages of custom liquid code that needed to be changed to help get this app up and running. The staff at Bold were not only prompt, they were extremely friendly, helpful and jumped right in to help me get it running inside of my store within a matter of 24-48 hours.

They even built out a premium version of the Customer Pricing app that we needed so it saved us a lot of frustration and time. I totally recommend them! I have this fabulous product here in New Zealand that I am trying to distribute both nationally and worldwide and I searched and searched for a way to integrate a wholesale section into the website. I had seen this done but when I wrote to the website they said they had spent quite a lot on building the means to do this and I didn't have the funds to do that. Eventually I began to look at apps available through Shopify.
 I read all the reviews and went on the forums and one by one every app I looked at was discounted as the risks or limitations were just too great. Finally, I came across this one and by this time I had a huge wish list that I had gathered during my research and I couldn't believe it one by one each item was ticked off. 
It was more money than I wanted to spend as I am building this company up from scratch and it needs loads of capital so I felt I was spending money it wasn't exactly generating but the app was just so good I couldn't go past it. I am quite IT savvy so at first I thought I would be able to add on the app but after beginning to read the instructions I paid the very reasonable $40USD to have it done for me. 
However, more than that at the beginning all the emails were fantastic especially the ones reinforcing the risks of not using the app right and all the potential problems - I loved that 
it meant I trained the team who go into the back of my website to be super extra careful of what they do and if in doubt DON'T DO IT. 
It was so honest of you guys. It was like saying we have this super app here that you will love but to make it do these things you have to use it right.

My web site was already working for my direct customer but I had to do manual invoice for my commercial customer that use my product for resale with a margin. It was a lot of work to produce the invoice, send statement, track for payment, I had one employee full time for this administration duty. With the app "customer pricing", I was able to sell to my regular customer and to my wholsale network with special tag and offer them margin on the product. I can with the app, manage different price list, hide or add a prodcut to a customer and do custom price list. Two years ago, I sent every wholesale customer to my web site, they had to log-in and order on-line. It is very easy for us now, they pay directly at the order, they get their invoice and we ship them the merchandise. Its less paper work, and our cashflow is better, they pay net at the order. I reduce the work needed at the administration to put the emphasize on production and customer service. We are more efficient since we add the app "customer pricing" on our web site. The support team did a lot to help me install and start with my different price list. I know I'm not specific but they stay connected with me until I was totally satisfied with the app. It take a little time to understand how the app works and they answer all my question. I had to adapt some of my product option. I have different customized "product.liquid" that add some detail about our product. They helped me by doing some coding to get everything fine. I worke with a lot of support team online but the Bold team is great!

This app would be great if it worked with inventory apps. Because it doesn't work with stitch labs i can't use it because stitch is more important for me than this app so I'm placing wholesale orders manually which isn't a problem really.

The Bold App team installed all of the liquid required for the app to run properly on our web shop site. Boy does It look and runs incredible. My expectations were exceeded by the app itself and Bold Apps support team. I am excited to dive deep in the app and discover the awesomeness of this great app. I look forward to working with Bold! The Customer Pricing app has worked as intended so far. This app was a lot of help in dividing my customer base into retail and wholesale. Still newer with using it and it takes a little time to remember some of the ins and outs, but fairly straight forward.

I have had nothing but great support since installing this app. The support staff is very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this app to anyone needing a separate login for wholesalers vs. the regular customers. It has saved our company time and money. Great App!
