Just installed it, but it appears to work as advertised. This will be perfect for allowing our wholesale customers to purchase from the same website as our retail customers, which will significantly streamline our dealer ordering process. No more e-mails going back and forth between us and dealers--sending price sheets, receiving orders by e-mail, emailing invoices, waiting for payment, etc. I am very eager to start using this! Update: we have been using this for a while, including the HIDE feature. Whenever we have problems, BOLD apps support is always very helpful and capable. Still 5 stars!

Great app! Not a 5 star rating yet as some features could be added. Like differentiating the shipping costs for normal customers and wholesale customers (we offer free shipping to normal customers at 20 EUR... not for wholesalers!). Otherwise easy and nice help desk.

I'd give it 4.5 stars overall. Not being a LIQUID-pro coder, it actually did cost me quite a bit of time to set everything up. In hindsight, I should have taken the one-time setup-fee option. I did manage to crash the app when I tried entering decimal numbers in the discount fields (detailed pricing) - and I am a little sad that the system does not support decimal discounts (it would really help us). Overall, the system is awesome though. We actually use it for different levels of Memberships (Big Bruddha, Gold Brick and MULTIPASS), that work as discounts on the same items. We then show items which otherwise would be invisible to non-members. The three levels allow us to give different discounts on the hidden as well as the standard items. I'd love a -SHOW option (which is the opposite of the -HIDE option) to reduce the amount of tags we need to set, but really that's mostly cosmetic. You really have to think about how to use the system, but it offers a lot of options. What I did not like is the update speed on items. Setting up 20-25 items took about 2 hours (!) to update. Not sure if that had to do with the crash I had or whether that's normal, but that kind of caused the -0.5 points out of 5 stars. I would still strongly, no, BOLDLY recommend this app.

Great App with amazing potential but.... I upgraded to Premium to take advantage of the CSV upload. After spending hours reworking the CSV to match their template I was prompted with a The CSV a "Service Unavailable" after uploading the file. According to BoldApps they are supposed to be open at 5pm CST but after calling multiple times from 2pm -3pm CST and leaving messages I received no call back. Over the next seven hours I received 2000+ individual emails stating that specific items could not be uploaded. All Handles and SKUs were taken directly from my Shopify CSV and therefore are exact. I did get through to Bold Apps once earlier today and Jessica put me through to Holly who discussed the CSV in detail. We discussed the handles being the same and SKUs varying and I followed those instructions. Updates to come soon.

This is an awesome app to customize your price levels for your customers. We have installed it and we absolutely love it. The app has two versions a basic and a premium one which gives you auto tagging, bulk email and detailed pricing per individual product. If you need this app, you need it really badly--and there aren't any other options. Fortunately, this one is great. It gives you the ability to do a lot of important things, and the support has been way above and beyond the norm. We got a lot of customization done on this one, and Bold Apps has been an absolute delight to work with.

We use this in two of our stores and we are definitely thinking about getting it for our 3rd. It is very easy to use and has changed the way we do wholesale and drop-ship orders. The customer service is also top notch and they respond very quickly! They will help you whether its a small or big issue. Highly recommended app!

I am actually only using the Premium version for the SHOW/HIDE functionality. We have been able to use these features to allow only authorized accounts to view certain products. This is the one feature we had been looking for before launching your new membership site. Thank you Bold Apps!

Great App - a bit fiddly if there are lots of variants but once set up it does the job nicely. Great support team too.

Downloaded the Customer Pricing App and had Bold Apps do the installation and it was just what we were looking for. If you need an app that will give you the ability to manage different prices for different wholesalers then you will want to get this app. It is so much better than the Wholesaler app.

I am so glad I finally decided to get this app! I shouldn't have waited so long! It's easy to use, the support was great, and now that I've upgraded to the new premium version of the app, I can fine-tune the settings exactly as I want them. I'm about to launch my new loyalty program on my shop, and am confident my customers will love it.

Easy to use and set up once it is installed, they have great documentation. I did have to pay to have it installed but they did it within one day.

App seems to be clear and simple to manage wholesale and repeat customers.

Has the features I need. Very confusing liquid installation process, you will probably have to shell out an extra $40 just to get up and running.

This app allows us to easily create a process for wholesale ordering without the headache many of the other apps come with. So far so good!
