Fantastic App. Another great move Bold Apps! Easy to set up and configure. Exactly what we needed to offer custom pricing levels with fixed dollar values. And again, the tech support for this app and all other Bold Apps we have installed is amazing. Well worth the install. 5+ stars.

Great product and very easy to use. We had a few challenges integrating it with our theme but the support team worked through all of the problems and we are running very smoothly. I highly recommend the product working if you are selling to wholesalers and you want to create VIP discount programs for your customers. Definitely follow the instructions and the tutorials are excellent.

This app is phenomenal. As always, Bold Apps steps up again big time and deliver one of the most useful applications on the Shopify app store. For any shop owner looking to increase conversion rates or attract new customers, this application is for you. For just $29.99/month, it could make you thousands and is a wonderful investment for any Shopify store. Our experience with customer service was great. Though it took a couple of days to get the issues we were having sorted out, they were happy to help and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended to any Shopify shop owner looking to increase the number of customers and make more money (..and who doesn't want that?!)

If you have RETAIL AND WHOLESALE this is the App you need. Take Your Seat has both retail and wholesale customers and I had tried some other work arounds in order to save money. They didn't work. I should have just used Customer Pricing from the start. It's simple. No silly fussing around with duplicate products for different customer groups. It does what you need and importantly looks professional from the customer experience side. Now I'm also considering customer loyalty levels etc. So many options with this app. I paid a little extra for the Bold Apss team to implement for me. They said 2-3 days. It was done in less than 24 hrs. Great job!

We have been trying to get a system to sell to wholesale and retail customers for over a year. After waiting and waiting on the old developers to do what they promised we decided to try the Customer Pricing App. We paid for the liquid install and they delivered faster than promised. After watching the online videos we spent less than one day loading over 600 products into 35 different discount groups. My only request would be a way to pull this pricing directly from our Point of Sale inventory system.

More powerful than I expected. It works fine for automatically allocating customers to discount groups based on spend or activity - which is what I was looking for. However, the auto-tagging also allows customer segregation without necessarily applying a discount which has been excellent for targeting emails. Definitely recommend it !

The app is finicky and often shows wholesale pricing to regular customers. Conflicts with the product discount app which now shows regular pricing as the compare to price...not sure how to fix that... Terrible customer support. Took 12 days to get a response as to why the app doesn't work the way it's shown in the demo site and in the marketing video. "Wholesale" customers sign in and get wholesale pricing but the demo shows a simple label showing them they are in fact receiving discounted pricing. Nope. The app doesn't work like that. They want $125 to put the word Wholesale beside the price - a feature that is shown as included in all materials. Watch out for the extras with these guys.

Being tight on time I took advantage of their paid installation service and I could not have been happier! We do a significant amount of wholesale business and did not want to have to install and maintain an entire separate store -- so looking forward to putting this to work!

It does provide an alternate login group-- a wholesale log in, in my case, with alternate pricing-- but I find the individual item editing a little clunky. Still learning how to use it well.

Very early days and still testing, but instructions for a new user like me where very clear. Does what I need it to do currently and would recommend if you, like us, have retail and wholesale customers.

We love all of Bold Apps, so it is not surprising that this app is amazing! So so easy to create tiered pricing for different products and not have to use discount codes. I love how they allow you to add products by collections (not just smart collections) because it saved so much time! We are so excited that our wholesale customers can use our retail website so easily!

A great little app that achieves big ideas - we were able to create a virtual 'Member's Lounge' thanks to Customer Pricing. It was easy for us to implement, and creates a better online experience for our valued Members.

Great app - unlimited pricing possibilities. Downside is a bit complex configuration but I suppose, all the flexibility comes with a complexity...

I started using the app and had a minor conflict with another plugin. The customer support for this product helped me out and solved the problem for me with ease. Would definitely recommend.

This app makes managing accounts extremely easy for a company like ourselves.

We needed to find a solution to our wholesale pricing dilemma and the Bold Apps Customer Pricing Application solved the problem! We contacted them first to make sure the app could support what we needed. They were very responsive and assured us that it could. We told them that we were not ‘liquid’ savvy and they offered to do the install for us for an extra $40. It was totally worth it! The app was installed within 24 hours (although they said it could be up to 3 days). After it was completed, the Bold Apps team sent us a video to show us how to test the app to make sure it worked properly. They also offered additional videos for set-up, etc. It was very easy and the app works perfectly!! We are more than pleased with Customer Pricing by Bold Apps and the customer service was amazing. This app helped make accommodating our larger wholesale customers with their appropriate price levels, saved me weeks of time, and has saved our sales reps countless hours of manual transactions to calculate discounts. So far this app has worked great for us! We needed a solution for wholesale accounts to order online, so we can track orders and inventory through shopify. This has done the trick. And the support staff responds very quickly to help with any issues
