We have been using Customer Pricing on one of our sites and recently upgraded to the premium version. What a great App. It's so easy to upload the correct pricing structure for each of our customer groups, and Bold's support has always been fantastic.

We appreciate the apps abilities, and the customer outreach. They don't wait till you need something, the team will make sure it's working out for you.

Great experience thus far with the Customer Pricing application. Works much better and cleaner than the coupon code based solutions to drive membership pricing levels. We have enjoyed working with the Bold Team as well. They willingly and happily assisted us on resolving issues we encountered on our end during implementation. Thank you!

I love this app. I went through several other wholesale apps without any luck, but this one has been a dream. In my experience, they've under promised and over delivered. It's intuitive and reliable. I had a few issues on the backend (my fault), and their customer support was on it right away. They helped fix it as soon as possible. I highly recommend and will be telling my other shop-owning friends about it.

Terrible. I am not happy. I have got no support and I need help. My customers have often complained and I am trying to figure out the pricing Ect. I have asked for the 40$ liquid instalment and have got no notification on how to proceed.

I think you guys have a great idea in this product but may need to work on the installation and troubleshooting of it. We had to remove it from our site because it ended up ruining a lot of our pricing and due to the nature of the install/ uninstall, we now have more work on our hands then we did when we started. If you guys are able to pay them to set it up on your site for you, it should work like a dream. It just wasn't a price we were willing to pay for it.

As a new business, BlissYou.com really needs that extra push during launch. With this Bold Customer Pricing App, this has really given us that extra option to offer a new customer base. Without this app, we would be leaving all those new customers to find some other place to shop. We have wholesale pricing - Gold members pricing - and silver members pricing. Believe it or not, For the first time in my life, I installed this myself with ease. This has given BlissYou.com the confidence of offering a variety of price options to a wide range of customers for years to come. Great App, Does what it says on the tin!

As a small busines I need every advantage to grow my business. This programm allows me to sell directly to customers with ease and at the same time offer them a vareity of discount incentives exclusively by tagging them for their individual price viewings. Even more I can sell to other reatil vendors at wholesale rates without compromising the various pricing strategies by tagging them. I currently have the basic program but know that I will be upgrading to basic to fully take advantage of all the app has to offer. My hats off to Bold or teaming up with Shopify to make my online store ready to earn its way into profits. Thank you

Great app for multi tiered pricing!

No coding and they are very quick and helpful. Almost like an on-demand service. I would absolutely recommend.

Good app, fairly easy to use. Had a bit of trouble installing it, Bold were happy to help, great service from them. Its a little annoying with the time difference as I live in Australia and they are in America.

I highly recommend this app. Far exceeded my expectations. Easy to use videos and excellent follow-up.

Wow, what a let down. First off I want to say the COMPANY Owner is very quick to respond and is as helpful as he can be. however you are only as strong as your support and design team. For this they are horrible. Back when I was coming from daily deals to their product deals, I was let down to see they werent as strong as something that was created by a one man team. Kinda bad isnt it? Especially as big as this company with shopify is. Well to them it wasnt a big deal and this "was getting worked on" and wasnt a priority. I probably should have stopped right there. I figured id give this one a shot to see how good their customer pricing option is. LOL, wel lwhen you create a customer group IT ADDS more options TO the items. I have never seen another wholesale option do this. So the inventory is never going to be accurate as it takes from a NA option. What??? Did I miss something? Yeah uninstalled and went right back to just issues discount codes to wholesale customers. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. They did install it quick which is why I am keeping a star.

Not a perfect App but the Customer Service and Support are GREAT and make up for the issues we've had! Michael has done a great helping me understand the inner workings and how to use it above and beyond the intro videos. David was awesome in creating a unique fix for our inventory reconciliation issues and getting our shop on the right track. If you have any issues, don't worry... they'll figure it out and educate you as you go.

Fast, solid, knowledgeable support.

First I'd like to say I am deleting this app from my shopify store right after I leave this heartfelt review of this company and product. I could list more than just these reasons why I will never use a bold app again, however I will only list a couple in hopes that it will help at least one person steer clear of this company. 1. Horrible support. They are never available. They take days to respond sometimes. I was recently left hanging while missing out on income from wholesale customers that could have been coming in had this app been working properly. On top of this, Jay comes across as a very arrogant person when handling a customer concern. He is very short and condescending. 2. Their "install" price is gouged. If you do not know how to update and install code in to your theme, they charge you $40 for 15 minutes of work. How do I know it takes 15 mins? Because after their install team wrecked my wholesale purchasing I figured out how to work with code. I systematically checked and re- installed every single piece of coding myself. Guess what? If you change themes on shopify, you have to re-install this app and completely re- enter all of the coding. If you do not know how to do it, they will have the audacity to ask you to pay them another $40 install fee to install the app for you again. After you already paid them once to install it! What a nickel and dime kind of company you are bold. 3. Their app price is HIGHLY gouged. $50 a month for an app that requires a ton of user end work and data entry. 4. Major lack of attention to detail. Their support staff apparently knows less about code installation than someone who takes 1 day to study and learn it. When I argued with them about having to pay a second install fee to have the app on my store, they hesitantly agreed and had a support staff "re-install" the coding. This is where it all messed up and my wholesale customers were no longer to even see the variants designated for them. AT ALL! So my conclusion, along with the conclusion of a shopify support guru, is that their "install team" accidentally deleted some shopify coding and created a mess they chose to disregard. On top of this, I was a 'Premium" package user (because every nickel and dime company like bold wants you to pay that extra amount to get features that should be available anyways) and their "install team" installed the basic package. That is complete lack of attention to detail and it seems I was brushed aside because of my unhappiness with their product's function. This app is clunky. It seems very slung together and way too complex (even though I know how to fully operate it). If you need a good app that will let you designate specific pricing for all types of customers, while hiding it from others' view, I HIGHLY recommend the "Locksmith" app. I am not at all affiliated with the creators of that app. Just a very disappointed customer who found a new solution when bold apps failed me. What took me more than 30hrs of data entry to accomplish with this app, took me 30 minutes with the locksmith app. Goodbye Bold, you lost a customer and I will tell everyone to avoid you from here on out.

Original installation was quick and set up seemed easy enough, but the cart for wholesale customers was "unavailable" which rendered to whole concept useless. Several days with no updates or ETA on completion to fix the cart. Finally just deleted the app!

Great customer service, speedy response. I can't wait to get this app up and running!

I have not officially launched my wholesale side of my website. But, I do wish that you could set minimums per item for wholesale. For example, in order to get wholesale pricing, you must by a case pack of 6 hats. I can foresee some confusion on the future with wholesale orders since I do actually set quantity minimums and a over all minimum ($150.00) in order to purchase at wholesale pricing. These practices seem fairly standard for selling wholesale. If I have missed these features, please let me know. I would be very happy to see these features and use them.

The Customer Pricing app is invaluable as it allows us to easily run our customer loyalty program and there is also the flexibility to offer wholesale pricing to some of our larger commercial customers. It is easy to set up, practically maintains itself and if there is ever an issue Bold apps support has been first rate. We are just moving to a new theme and this was flagged as one of the first apps to come accross!

Great customer service - Holly has worked with me on several items - each solved very quickly. I appreciate a group that sticks with an issue until solved!

A great app and works really well for us too separate retail and wholesale customers' accounts. We spent a while trying to find something at a reasonable price to present our wholesale operation and this one does it very simply. Lots of videos and set up support. Really helpful team.
