Super awesome app! Better then the others.

The guys at Bold Apps have been super helpful with guiding us along in the process for using the Customer Pricing app. It is a very robust and detailed app and handles this process of giving customer specific pricing well. It has a little bit of a learning curve so their support and quick responses have been greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work guy

This app is the BOMB! I have been using the Recurring Membership module from BOLD for quite a while to manage annual memberships for digital downloads, and it works great, but by adding in the Customer Pricing app as well, my life just got 100% easier, because the tagging from the membership app is automatically picked up through the customer pricing and I just need one product. I haven't even looked at any of the other options that are available in this app, but I am sure that I am going to take advantage of them for more promotions, including discounts on physical products for members, and also other membership structures. BOLD really rocked it with this app for sure.

I would like to reiterate what Emmi Micallef said in the review below. They have done custom tweaks for us and have worked on and troubleshooted a few issues, always in a supremely professional, efficient way. Nothing is too much trouble. All this in done despite the time zone differences between us! You can feel the passion they have for their work. BOLD are a marvellous company to work with.

We just had Bold Apps install their Customer Pricing and Quantity Breaks combo app on our site, and we couldn't be happier. Customer service response time has been lightning fast, and the integration (in spite of our complicated Shopify setup) was fast and flawless. We're now running a handful of apps built by Bold Apps on our shop, and every one of them came with excellent customer service and improved our shop so much they paid for themselves. I did the main liquid install myself but needed help finalizing the install (due to new theme coding not included in the install guide). The install guide was really easy to follow and I've never worked with code before, and when I needed help I got it! Quickly and efficiently and now my website works perfectly! Thanks!

I paid for the install and it was installed properly however all the wholesale pricing showed up on my rich pins on Pinterest and Facebook, Before I could catch it, several customers order from the wholesale price. I contacted Bold and their solution was to make duplicate products of my entire store (not doing that). 90% of my traffic comes from Pinterest so I need an app that is Pinterest friendly. Not happy at all for a program that would cost me $300.00 per year.

As we're getting our wholesale site up & running, the Customer Pricing app is a must have for us. We want to be able to offer different tiers of discount based on customers spending - this is where this app excels. So far customer support has been top notch also.

Still in testing mode but so far has been pretty easy to start setting up. I had the Bold app team do the liquid install since it started to get more complicated then what I wanted to deal with after I'm sure I would have broken something. The team is SO SO helpful! I had to reach out to them a bunch of times (mostly because of user error) and they responded very quickly and helped troubleshoot in a heartbeat.

Customer service was very quick to respond and assist with the app installation.

I tried to install this app-- however, I do not have any liquid knowledge, so requested the developers to install. My install was completed on a SUNDAY!! Wow!! The app works perfectly. I frequently add and adjust inventory and pricing and have had zero difficulties with this app.

I have an active wholesale group, who really wanted me to make it easy for them to order (like it is for my retail customers!) Customer Pricing worked like a charm! I can set pricing based on my product categories and just add my customers into the group thy belong in! Easy! Oh, and I had bold install this for me! They were quick and they notified me as soon as it was ready!!!

Love Bold apps they have amazing customer service and very helpful apps to make your store come alive. They go above and beyond with there apps.

This is revolutionary for us, what a great app! We use a number of Bold Apps that have increased sales and productivity - they are by far the best apps for Shopify! We received awesome support from Brendan at Bold Apps for the liquid install, and it was installed within hours after adding the app. Their customer service is superb. What more can I say, just try this app out if you're looking for tiered pricing, it's simple, easy to use and just works great!

They seem like good people but this app is messing up my store. I update my store daily with new products and I don't this this app can keep up. Some of the products have the discount applied and some don't. Then I found some showing the prices that were suppose to be hidden and others were just fine. I just need an app that works out the gate with out all this coding which I believe is slowing down my store. I am sure it is good for others just not good for me. I am hoping they respond quickly to remove so I can feel at ease. Right now I am on pins and needles.

AWESOME! SUPER FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE APP WORKS GREAT!

This app works very well. We really enjoy the flexibility of the app and the support team is wonderful. The only drawback is that it creates product variants for discounts, but we have been told they are planning to improve the app to not require this condition in the next couple of months. Overall, this app functioned properly with the other Bold apps that we use. Bold has a lot of very useful apps that we incorporate in our store.

Still just testing the app. We did the liquid Install ourselves and it messed up the entire store, tone of error messages etc.. Had them to the install and still had error messages. So we did a full app removal and had them do it from the beginning. And now it is up and working without error codes. Definately recomend them doing the install from the beginning.
