Makes a lot of things easier and excellent customer support, who are always there in the chat box to resolve issues.

We have been using the CedCommerce Etsy app and have been really happy with it, as soon as I saw the amazon one, we jumped on it. Great service, quick and hopefully we'll be on amazon soon selling lots!!

The "always available" support is important for anyone new to integrating Shopify and Amazon. Support levels have been over the top for a Shopify app. Well done.

Very useful app and it does what it is supposed to do. I've also worked with the support team to resolve a couple of issues I had and they were very responsive and worked quickly to get my issues resolved.

The level of support is genuinely better than any other company I have worked with. Everytime I have a question or a bespoke request for our needs, they respond instantly and solve the request very quickly. We are currently connecting our shopify stores to our SAP B1 databases, which needs specific elements mapping from orders and to products correctly. CED have done everything we have asked and the testing has been successful. A far better experience than dealing with Amazon themselves. We have been using the eBay app by CED for over 2 years aswell and it has been a joy to use when managing pricing and inventory.

The app is really good and saves a lot of work uploading a lot of products in a short while to Amazon. You just need to contact support and they have a helpful team available at all hours to help you upload your products and are patient to teach you to do that on your own as well. Amazon is particular about many things so you will need to do just a few edits on your own here and there if necessary. Thank you, guys.

Great customer service, they helped us to set up our Amazon listings from the Shopify store. I would recommend for anybody looking for an easy solution to integrate both sales channels.

I had so much trouble. It was all me. I'm new to Shopify and really wanted to use it with other channels. The support here is amazing! There was an error on Amazon (totally my fault) and I couldn't get items to sync. Support walked me through my errors and helped me get everything working. The app works perfectly! Since I'm new to Shopify (I always used WooCommerce) I've been trying out apps off and on. This one worked seamlessly. I highly recommend it!

So far so good! I have previously used another app for Amazon integration and failed to list any products. Amazon by CEDCOMMERCE is by far easier and straight forward to use. The team have also been a great help and a pleasure to work with.

We are using this app in order to get our products listed off our Shopify platform and onto our seller central with Amazon. I have been amazed by the support teams assistance in navigating the complex needs of Amazon's seller central, especially our main point of contact Abhipraya. They've been a great help and without their assistance we would have been navigating murky waters trying to figure out how to successfully list our products with minimal effort. We're looking forward to using this platform to list on both Etsy and Walmart in the future!

I use this app to import my Amazon listings and sync my orders. I love how it grabs my orders from Amazon, syncs them to Shopify, then to my print provider. When the order is fulfilled and shipped to the customer, the tracking number is automatically sent to amazon. Once everything is set up the whole process is entirely hands-off, so I can focus on creating more products. It will take some time to learn how the app works, but you can count on their awesome customer service, they have been helping me day and night via zoom calls and WhatsApp, they are really available and always ready to help. It is a big plus for a seller like me. Overall a great app, I love it

When Amazon discontinued service on their own app, I immediately came to CED for a Amazon -> Shopify solution. Installation and implementation was very easy. Inventory uploads and order downloads were instant. Anything that I needed help with, the CED team was able to provide immediate assistance. Thank you!
