This App is fantastic as it is easy to flow through and map your products. The support from the CedCommerce crew has been awesome. Definitely recommend this app for integration with amazon!

I was struggling to understand how the Amazon process worked and the steps required needed to send my feed from Shopify. Once I found the CedCommerce app I required assistance in setting up both Amazon Seller and The Shopify app. Praveen the support engineer from CedCommerce was superb and very helpful with setting up both platforms. From setting up a WhatsApp group so guide me through the steps too follow up calls and suggestions on how to make the feed better. I highly recommend this app and the support team, if you are thinking about selling with Amazon.

My experience out of the gate with this app was horrible. I gave it one star and was going to delete it and go back to my old one. I wrote a review telling how bad my experience was. Massive amounts of old orders brought in and nothing would link or work. Since nothing would link right no orders came in or they came in with the wrong item on them. It was dong better but It is so slow to sync my quantities I got dinged on amazon because I had to cancel a order that I had no product for. If this app synced faster than it does that wouldn't have happened. I'm trying to like it but when it's costing me my metrics it's hard to.

I had an issue with an amazon order not downloading into shopify. I asked for help first in chat and then switched to WhatsApp. The issue was resolved very quickly, the order came into my store and it was filled immediately. I had this also happen once with Walmart Marketplace. Again, everyone in customer service was extremely helpful. I can not say enough about how they have guided and helped me. This is a very well written app with good documentation. The interface is clean and allows quick editing. Amazon is complicated to deal with but this app makes it much more manageable. Support is also excellent, they helped me get my listings set up from the start. Highly recommend.

It is difficult to start, difficult to do it alone. If you need to begin your sale, CedCommerce is the best App. I am not saying that because they will help you make money fast, but because of the customer service and the disponibility they have. Whenever you need something, only one text, one sms right after they are here. I recommend the app and their services.

Great customer service and a very responsive team! Kaushik Srivastava was super helpful throughout the entire troubleshooting process. He resolved the issue on his end and I didn't even have to lift a finger.

This app is hard to use for first timers, but Geetika is a true professional who is trying to help me work out the listings. She is doing an excellent job!

Works very well to map orders to and from Amazon. Major time saver! I like how it scans your Amazon listings once a day and maps them to the Shopify listings automatically.

I had a session with Shubhi Awasthi. It was very helpful and to the point. I was guided through by sharing my screen and it was an efficient demo.

Haven't used it a lot yet but support (Geetika Grover) helped me get up and running right away in no time! The app is pretty easy to use with just a few hiccups but with their customer support help, they make it easy to hit the ground running!

I had some challenges setting up the app but support was very responsive. They seemed to have someone available 24/7 and even met with on Google meet to work through the set-up. I haven't used it much yet but it seems like it will be easy to use now that the template is set up.

Amazing support for the app. Some things are just hard to navigate considering the different platforms. The support team makes it extremely easy with timely and helpful support. Always there when you need them.

We have used the etsy application before, it was also very nice. I am very happy with the amazon application, and the support team is very quick to return and helps in detail.

So firstly, kudos to the app for solving a big issue faced by stores in Asia/India region of not getting Amazon as one of the sales channel options directly from shopify. Coming to the app and support, I was new to the entire process of listing products on Amazon . We'll all agree, if it's your 1st time, Amazon processes and fields to be filled can be testing! Excellent support provided by Shubhi from CedCommerce team who's been patient enough to guide me through the entire listing process in the past couple of days. Minor bugs did come up but were resolved promptly. My products are listed on Amazon now and the interface/syncing process is super smooth. Keep up the good work folks!

Excellent customer support from Shubhi, I was stuck with the Amazon category attributes and she promptly helped me and even created a template for future uploads. Looking forward to continued use.

I just added the app to my shop and have some work to do to upload my products to Amazon. Directly after adding the app, I contacted the support and without having to wait at all I got a direct response with a group created to support me and all my questions were answered promptly. I will continue to work with the app to finalize my uploads as I have many products to work with. My first impression of the support team is amazing.

Helpful round the clock, responsive and helped fix issues! They simplified setting up my amazon account and went above and beyond!
