This app does not work as advertised, at least if it work for some; it does not work for our store. I doubt the 5 stars review on this app. We keep getting different errors at different times. We had to finally delete the app off our store. No one from CedCommerce could resolved this issues without getting another issue. Wasting of time!

It was a little confusing at first but customer service has been really helpful throughout my set up process which was very important to me. I also use their eBay integration app as and I am happy that I switched from the old Amazon integration app that I was using to Amazon by CedCommerce. If all continues to go well I will be continuing with the paid version.

Amazon by CedCommerece is a great app that allows us to sell our products on Amazon. Ankit with customer service was great and worked tirelessly to fix a couple of issues that were limiting our products.

Let me start by saying that Animesh from the Amazon by CedCommerce team has gone above and beyond to support our onboarding with this app to our Shopify Plus marketplace. We have multiple businesses with a large catalog of items that required custom templates for us to be able to launch our products when we wanted and how we wanted, and Animesh has taken the time to walk us through the intricacies of Amazon, their app and he has proactively continued our communication and follow up via multiple mediums. We can't recommend this app enough along with the support that Animesh and his team have provided to date.

I've been using the app since they rolled it out and I've had great results. I'm approving orders from my phone all day and they're being routed to my fulfillment team right away. What I like most is the support I've received since using the app. They respond within minutes of my requests and they've always followed up on them quickly. All in all, I'd say they've done an excellent job with this integration. I'd recommend using it.

I was using another app and there technical support went from good to bad. The folks at CED Commerce have been trying very hard to explain the new Amazon app and have made every effort to guide me through product templates. When you need help, Chat is open most always.

Great app to sync Amazon orders. Excellent customer support. Abhipraya was very helpful, supportive and patient in answering to all my questions and responded right away to get things working. I'm currently using the app. Extremely useful, automating the orders and the tracking info between Shopify and Amazon (we used to do this manually, now everything is automated). User friendly interface, it has all features to be relieved from some daily manual actions. Customer service is extremely helpful and reactive (a few hours to fix a problem, available on WhatsApp and Skype, professionals). I highly recommend this app

Animesh Pandey, was my assistant, and I have such an awesome experience. he lead me to step by step what I need to do in order to have a great experience with the app. he did also help me personally through google meet in order to make sure I am doing the right thing. overall experience 5 stars.
