I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Mohd Shadab Khan one of your customer service agents, and I am compelled to share my positive experience. The level of service I received was truly outstanding. From the moment I initiated contact, the agent demonstrated a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness.

App and customer service is an absolute joke. I paid to have 100 sku's added to Amazon.....almost a year later I have a handful that are correctly listed. They have girls swimsuits in men's clothing, girls dresses in womens. What is listed is search suppressed. They will not correct the listings but keep telling me they will "update within the week". Well going on a year, do what you say OR REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH CEDCOMMERCE.

Struggled at first with this app but the Chat Agent was able to walk me through my issues. Pretty Simple fix Thank You!

I have worked with several of CED Commerce's agents and have found each of them to be highly attentive to my needs and they all worked extensively to resolve my needs. I still have work to do but to date am confident that my issues will be resolved as long as I have these guys on my side.

The business analysts were very helpful and expedited my needs very quickly !!

I didn't have a good experience with them. They will count all orders on Amazon even if they didn't come through that app! This is a terrible example of how the app should work. I strongly discourage using them and recommend exploring alternative apps that operate more fairly and won't simply drain your funds.

Absolutely fantastic experience! This is the best Amazon app by far. We trust it 100% with our business. The tech support is exceptional as well - Mannu is always right on it immediately and we're able to get the support we need to keep developing our Amazon store on the daily. Thank you CED and Mannu!

Update (12/27/2023) Unfortunately I have to point out that the developer takes time but fails to solve this issue Update (12/16/2023) Unfortunately I must say that the App is unable to create new products on Amazon that have variations in colour, sizes, etc... (E.g. T-shirts - Shoes). Only publish variants without properly matching them to the main product (Parent). This does not comply with what Amazon expects. (05/17/2023) I tried and tested several Integration Apps (Salestio and Codisto) before deciding which one to use. In the end I chose CedCommerce and after some time using it I can confirm that I'm really happy with the choice I made. Inventory synchronization, order management, publishing new products or existing products on Amazon, thanks to the modern interface to use is easy and above all works very well. For any doubt, the assistance team is always ready to answer in a few minutes.

Gets our Amazon FBM orders into Shopify easily!

Worst customer service. they don't know what they doing. No one answers, no one helps, they just keep saying hello, greeting, hello....... run!

The app works with a lot of effort. After install, I was approached by CedCommerce about helping to upload and optimize the amazon listings before BFCM. I paid this company to optimize my listings and they ghosted me for months without doing the work.

i was having ALOT of issues with uploading my products on amazon and the chat assistant juhi was great help. the assistant took the time and patience and went ABOVE AND BEYOND !! to help and make sure the problem was resolved and i was able to upload products and learn how to do so along the way they are the reason i will be recommending and continuing to use cedcommerce amazon in the future.

30 Minutes and it is all sorted. I cannot thank CedCommerce enough for their assistance in getting my products uploaded to Amazon. I had to come back for more assistance when I had to switch suppliers and Mohammed got it sorted in 20 minutes. A really well done product and excellent customer support! John

Very dissapointed to see the App stopped working 8 days ago and is not fixed yet. Uninstalling the App...

DO not use these guys to help you with listings on Amazon or any marketing support. They are a fraud. I started with them Oct 24th and sent payment. Its Dec 8th now and i've lost most of the holiday shopping sales, They dont take direction very well and very messy and don't have critical thinking skills. for example, some products don't have all colors. U have to check there work with fine tooth combed, because they lack ability to think. Please do not use them for any time of help, You will be sorry

We have been trying to integrate our Shopify store with Amazon unsuccessfully! We are not fully there yet but the customer service and tech support is amazing! Mohd and Mannu in particular have been working hard to take our store to the next level!

Takes a little to get your head around the setup, but the support team are fantastic and responsive.
