We have run into a critical error with Shopify and CedCommerce that is preventing all syncing. They acknowledged the coding error and are working on it, but it's been days. I will update this review when I can.

Juhi, was very helpful in helping this newbie upload products. This was quick and helped me maneuver through the process.

Die amazon integration schläft permanent fehl. Es wirft error ohne Ende und der Support ist alles andere als eine Hilfe. Leider haben sie es nicht in drei Wochen geschafft das fehlende Attribut zu implementieren. Irgendwann hat der Support angefangen mich und meine Anfragen zu ignorieren. Sehr schade!

The customer support for CedCommerce has been the best part. Particularly Juhi Aishwary was so helpful and patient. She walked me through the whole process. She was patient and pleasant. I highly recommend CedCommerce for your Shopify/Amazon integration.

They will continue to charge you after you uninstall the app. You have to jump through extra hoops when you disconnect and uninstall this app. They also have a strange way of billing overages and if you go 1 order over, they don't bill you the overage, they stop fulfilling orders.

Just getting started with this app, but it seems like it has all the right functionality with a lot of potential. Customer support chat was very responsive and quick to help fix a small onboarding issue! thx

This app was not seamless. It would not integrate amazon seller account it was focused on amazon pay. The support was horrible no one responded to my request for help

This app is very well organized, stays up to date, and when there is an issue encountered, the support agents and devs are ready to help however they can. I really appreciate their support flexibility- being able to video chat and share your screen makes troubleshooting sooooo much easier and more efficient. Big shout out to Utkarsh, he is super helpful, patient, and an excellent communicator.

The app is well laid out and works perfectly well with Shopify and Amazon. The highlight of the service for me has been the customer service has been spectacular. Any issue i've face they've been patient to understand the issue and get to the bottom of it. Never had this exceptional help from customer agents, such as Juhl at CedCommerce, on other platforms. A solid 5/5 rating!!

This app everything you need to connect products to amazon. Customer service is available for any questions and even walk throughs. Utkarsh in particular was very well verse and knowable about the application as well. CedCommerce has made a great selection in this representee. Great to have overall!!

This app is our 4th CED app and as usual, the support was very timely and helpful. Our onboarding issues were resolved. The agent was articulate and friendly.

I was experiencing some difficulties to upload my products to my Amazon store as I am new to CedCommerce Amazon channel App. I reached to their customer ‘s service, the staff was so friendly, He replied to me and offered me support in a timeless manner. He was so helpful, and I am so pleased with the support I received. Great customer support service and good communication. Would recommend this app.

I would highly recommend this app 101%. I did install this and encountered an error in uploading my items to Amazon then I jump to their chat support and just few seconds someone replied to me asking what help I need.. so without any delay He send me a link to share my screen to investigate and walk me step by step on the process on the details that need to be change and booom magic error solved. I've tried other integration app like AUTODS but support is horrible and waste of time and even charges me even I haven't uploaded a single item to my Amazon store for some error that their agents and developer can't solve. And lastly I would say my big thanks to my account manager Praveen that go beyond what's needed to provide support to a customer like me. Bravo..
