Customer service recently has been really great. My layout is so much cleaner and easier to use now. With such apps, there's always something you'd like to be able to change - layout or otherwise - and not only is this team is quick to add those suggestions to the list, but they will help you with a short term solution if at all possible.

Yes, it's technology. But the difference here is 100% the people behind this APP! They are amazingly helpful. Punctual and informative troubleshooters. Seemingly able to make any tweak needed. I am already shouting their praises IRL, figured I better give them the thumbs up here too. I feel that they will continue to improve the APP and am glad I have it in place now.

Perfect app for gift bundles! I tried so many apps (about 15 apps) but none of them met my expectations 100%. Best part is customer service, Hamza went back and forth and helped me with my design and technical requirements, he's been very patient til the end and took all my requests and suggestions into consideration. I used the app to help me build a customised subscription box. Had a few minor issues adding and linking products from my online store but support team were extremely helpful and even provided a quick video to ensure I was able to do this independently going forward. Very timely and helpful support team.

I installed the app for 7 days free trial. During this time Jalal gave us an immediate response to all our requests including adjustments to RTL. Excellent service and it is not obvious that Jalal will make adjustments and invest a lot of time without any commitment on our part to pay for the service. This app has allowed us to add a much needed feature to our website without spending thousands on developing our own app. The support team is amazing and they also take on your ideas for future updates.

I was so excited to finally offer build a gift box feature however this app does not work properly. The backend will often not show up, often show an error message. Most often, the backend shows "create your first builder!" screen even though I already have a builder live on my website. This is problematic because it takes forever to reload and reload and reload and try to get the builder that is LIVE to even show up on the backend in order to edit it. As of today, the live version is showing only 4 steps, but the backend (when it decides to even show the builder) shows 6 steps. There is no live chat, so I feel like there is no support regarding this. What it boils down to is that this is the app that many of us need/want, but for $20/month it is insanely expensive for an app that doesn't work properly. If there was a free or even cheaper version, you might be able to stomach these issues despite the subscription fee. But for $20/month, almost the same price as the entire Shopify subscription, I expect the app to appear in the backend, and not have discrepancies between what is LIVE on the website and what the backend shows. I would love to revisit this app eventually in the future but as of now, unfortunately $20/month is way too much for something that presents incomplete steps to my customers. I can deal with the backend not showing up and being annoying, although it shouldn't,- but now that it is showing LIVE only 4 steps to my customers, who now can't complete their gift boxes, while the backend shows 6 (when it decides to appear) there isn't even anything I can do about this and it makes my shop appear incomplete, glitchy, and therefore unprofessional.

I am so impressed with this app! This is the only app I found that: 1) has a seamless, easy to use interface, 2) looks professional and pulls theme formatting automatically, 3) allows customers to view detailed product pages and multiple photos from within the app, 4) Makes the step selection super clear, 5) Offers outstanding customer support. I reached out to have a font and a word changed in my pop and Jalal sorted it for me the same day! Thank you so much for making this process so easy for people like me who are new to ecommerce!

I'm not sure what is better, the app or the support I received from Jalal! I have spent countless hours searching and testing apps to allow my customers to build a custom a-la-cart bundle PLUS allowing form fields through out the process for me to collect customizations to be added to the items. Now only does this app give me everything I want but the bundling process looks really great on my site, it is clean and very streamlined. It definitely has a high end look. I will be deleting all of the other apps I have tried and only use this one. I highly recommend this app!

The app is great so far and have had fantastic support while building my bundles. Some good tools that give you a good amount of flexibility when creating are helpful.

I've been using Shopify for over 12 months now and I almost changed platforms as I needed the website to fulfill a certain purpose... until I come across BoxBuilder! Literally the perfect app for what I need! I had an issue setting up the subscription section but Hamza helped me within 24 hours and solved it straight away!! I highly recommend it, especially if you are looking for an app that thinks out of the box for your customer's ordering process!

We're totally excited to launch our new box building option this week with the help of BoxBuilder:DIY Product Bundles. I tested a few other apps the past few days and nothing really compared to the design of this app. It seamlessly integrated into our theme so it looks like an actual part of our website, rather than a 3rd-party add on. We offer surprise boxes and a DIY system has been requested many times, so we really can't wait to share with our customer base. Plus, I had a minor issue with the cookie bar and Hamza from the support team fixed it in a matter of minutes. Big thanks to the StayTuned team!!! Great app!
