Great app! Finally we found an app that responds to the needs of anyone who is looking to provide gift bundle options / DIY gifting. The app works very well, has many options and is easy to use, and most of all, it is simple and fun for users. There are many other apps that try to imitate this one, but their quality and customer support is nothing like StayTuned's. The latter really are happy to help you out and ensure you get the most out of the app. If we could give a suggestion, it would regard the discount encouragements. They allow you to implement discounts and show pop up messages as a user gets closer to reaching a desired number of products or a desired price, which is very handy. However maybe a small illustration (of a gift box filling up, or a progress bar charging) could be interesting to have as well, in addition to text pop up encouragements. People love to "complete things" and this visual aid could be interesting to try one day. We recommend this app to anyone who wants to offer a "create your own gift" on their website. There are many features (gift message, date, subscription forms, etc, etc, almost anything you can think of). Sprixy Box Team

The app is easy to use. Email was support was quick & very helpful. A video tutorial would also be an added bonus.

If you are looking to sell sets of items and have them appear as one product this is the solution for you. I have tried other apps and the ones that offered a similar service were extremely clunky to use compared to this app. I switch up products all the time so ease of use is very important. The customizability is great, but I wanted some custom changes and reached out to support. I reached Hamza and although we operated in different time zones he was responsive when necessary and made sure I was happy with the results. The excellent support and capability of this app is well worth the price tag.

This app is a great option for box building as it's intuitive and easy to use. The support help is very fast and detailed in their responses!

This is a tremendous app with tremendous support. If you're looking for a way to create bundled products look no further - you've found the one!

We purchased boxbuilder for our 400+ products. What we like about this app: - ease of use/set up : everything is intuitive, you do not need to be an expert to configure the app. It's also quick to set up. - built-in options to customise the app the way you like - speed: we were afraid the app would lag or slow the process of choosing products to add in the bundle as we have several hundred products to chose from. But no issues there, the whole process is fast and working 100%. UX good. - kind support What we liked less about the app: so far, everything seems to be working fine so nothing to say here. There are a few cosmetic changes that we wish(ed) to make and that are not available in the options (font size, color this or that, buttons here or there, etc) but the app's support has been very responsive and making the code changes as we asked. ... so we do recommend boxbuilder, you can safely try it out! Great app for building a box features. Also able to customize colors and url, which is something we definitely needed.

This is such a powerful application! There are lots of possibilities in it. I wanted something special with thes, I was looking for something to guide people by creating their own starterkit without getting options from products which doesn't communicate with each other. So for example: If someone choose 1, by next step they can only choose 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and if they have chosen for 2 at first step they will only see 2.1 and 2.2. This was a very complex thing for me so I asked for some help from their team. Hannes described a complete plan for me how te set this up. I only needed some help with the last steps to let it show up and work. I had a call with Lauralynn and she helped me very kind and well! There really is a wonderful team behind this application. Highly recommend this one, thanks to all!

Easy to use app and great support service. I wanted a few areas I was unable to edit putting into our brand font/colours and the team sorted it all out with me in a couple of hours.

This app is absolutely amazing, it has all the necessary features to enable customers to create bundle boxes and personalize them to their liking. the support team is super helpful and reactive, they answer super quickly and always find a solution to any problem. Highly recommended!

In redoing our website we were looking for a bundle app that fit what we were trying to offer - some preset items and then allow the customer to select x amount of other items. I tried about 10 other bundle apps which only allowed an already assembled bundle - not what we wanted. I did find one other that did what we needed but it was more to pay per month and the interface presented to the customer was not as nice. I was absolutely in love with the graphic that is displayed while “building your box” was the icing on the cake for deciding to go with this app. Looking forward to hopefully future improvements where we can choose multiple variants of the same item using the single display option.

UPDATE 5-20-22: I loved Boxbuilder before, but I am officially now their biggest fan. I had a a big issue that I could not fix on my own and have a BIG launch tomorrow. I was close to tears thinking after weeks and months of planning that I would not be able to launch if I could not get a hold of the developers. Well, after sending several emails, Hamza responded. It is the middle of the night where he is (I think) and he got up and out of bed and interrupted his sleep to help me. NO ONE has customer service like that these days. He saved my launch. He saved me from having a nervous breakdown and he did the most decent thing ever, he helped out a fellow human. These guys go above and beyond for you. OH and I LOVE the app itself. It is THE BEST way to increase average order value out there. It is beautiful and makes shopping so fun for the customer. I could not sell my products without it! You will love it too! ------ Boxbuilder is one of my favorite apps for so many reasons. The customer support is amazing. I have worked with many apps over the years and these guys actually care about working with you and will go above and beyond for you. The app itself is so incredibly versatile and makes upselling extremely easy. With boxbuilder, upsells don't feel like upsells. They feel like the customer is supposed to be building a box full of goodies. I highly recommend this app!

I spent hours and hours of time trying to find a "bundling" app that let me have options to choose different products. Most bundling apps seem to let you make a new product that gives the customer extremely preset options, if there are even options at all. With this app, we have given the customer the ability to build their own suspension kits for their vehicles, choosing from different brands and only selecting the products that they feel they need for their vehicle. The support was very helpful getting the colours and style to match our aesthetic and after a few emails back and forth, Hamza got our colours perfect, and we are very happy with how everything works and looks. Very happy with this app so far!
