I recently used the Box Builder app to create bundle boxes for my Shopify store and I must say, I am very impressed with the app and the support team behind it. They were extremely helpful in fixing the issues I had with the size label, mouse cursor and item showing up in the catalog. I appreciate the quick and efficient response of the support team. Overall, I found Box Builder to be the best option among all the bundle box apps available on Shopify. It was easy to use, had a lot of customization options, and most importantly, provided a great user experience for my customers. Great interface, terrible support. Been waiting four days for a response to why they're not showing fully on our website. With it coming to the weekend we are swapping to a new app. Very disappointing as the attention to detail on the interface is great, the customer service is not.

Great app. Recently experienced some glitches with inventory updating but we were able to get the situation resolved. We much appreciated the great customer service!

We have been using it for our e-commerce site for 8 months now and we are delighted with the experience. Some improvements can be made to optimize the customer experience to the maximum. But the reactivity and the availability of the team allow us to answer the various problems encountered. Brilliant app and great customer service from Hamza! At first I thought this app wouldn't work for my business but there are so many options. Love it ;-) Add-on: after months of purchasing this app, I asked Rafael Arlo if he could help me with a problem I couldn't fix myself and he did so fast! I love the customer service of this app!

I will start by saying that we aren't live with this on our site, so I can't yet speak to how well it works over time. I am hopeful that it will be a great solution for us and hope that the team is able to work through the glitches and get their app humming along consistently. That being said, I tested out at least 30 similar type apps to try to find one that could do what we needed and this one is the ONLY one that checked all of the boxes for us. Some features that made this one stand out are: 1) the ability to show all of the variants individually as selections 2) the ability to select products by collection 3) the ability to create different selection criteria for each step of the box/kit/bundle creation. For instance, on step 1, a person can select 1 of the options, but on step 2, they can select 1-4 of the options 4) the ability to create forms that collect information throughout the box/kit/bundle building process 5) the ability to create customized tiered pricing depending on the items selected. 6) the ability to manage the product/variant inventory and have those updates reflect in the kit/box/bundles I have experienced some glitches as I've been testing it, but migrating to their newest "Simple & Fast" option did solve the primary issue I was facing. The support team has been very responsive, respectful, and helpful as I've had questions or run into problems. So I am hopeful this will be an integral part of our new website and help things run smoother on the front end and the backend.

Extremely glitchy and comes up with an error page when adding to cart daily. We've been communicating with support and they haven't managed to solve the issue. They said it's due to:          A: The store had likely manually deleted/edited the variants of the product included in the bundle          B: The store made modifications/changes in the product that is included in the bundle.          C: Numerous changes in the builder setting.  Nothing has been done on our end. We've received many emails from customers about not being able to add the kit to cart.

"Do not use this app. it is not supported anymore. The bundle takes 8 minutes to be created." This was my first review. The team actually reached out to me to help me find solutions and they seem to be eager to fix their issues. I might give it a go in a few more weeks.

There is no support with this app and has a major glitch. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Emailed support repeatedly over several weeks and get no response. Not acceptable when there are issues to fix & we're paying for an app to work.

The app is really user friendly and very straightforward to set up. I had a few issues with the design that needed coding and Hamza was so helpful in making these changes for me so it now looks beautiful and on-brand.

The BoxBuilder app is super easy to use and works brilliantly with the theme we have. I had a problem with spacing at the bottom of the builder, but Hamza from the support team was excellent at helping fix this quickly!

The app is super easy to navigate while accommodating everything I needed to create a custom gift box for my customers. Hamza was very friendly and super quick to respond with a custom request I had to implement a banner as well! Thank you Hamza and team :)

The app is fairly easy to use. Was able to setup some bundle products. But my issue is that I haven't been able to get support to respond to me about some of my issues. I've emailed them, but haven't received any responses. They also say there is a chat, but this feature doesn't appear anywhere for me. I essentially am having trouble with how the products show up in shipstation. The products come over as a product description instead of a line item of products in their bundle. So then we have to read through a paragraph of product names to try and figure out what needs to go in what box. If they came through as line items it would be 1000 times better.

Fantastic app and fantastic support from Hamza. He made custom code edits to personalize our website. Highly recommended!

I downloaded this app a few months ago and loved the look and feel of it, but couldn't figure out how to get it to work right for my store. So, I deleted it and tried 5 more apps (probably all of the custom box builder apps available on shopify). I was not happy with any of those, and downloaded this app again. I decided to reach out to customer service to help me. I was so shocked with the help I received. Hamza fixed my tech issues almost immediately, and he was super responsive to any of my questions. I give an A+ for communication and support! Add that to the fact that the builder is of great quality, I am very excited to use this in my store for years to come.
