Excellent App - Shoutout to Julian and Mona from BOLD who rapidly assisted with implementation and bug-checking/fixing with a very quick turnaround.

I still haven't used the app yet, and I'm looking to test it first as a trial if it'll be needed in my store, but I gotta say, customer service is amazing!! I put in a request for them to insert the code for me and they did it so quickly. Thanks for awesome service :)

Best customer service on Shopify! Had a minor issue and Cody was able to quickly respond and help me get things working! Parminder chimed in with an assist and like Jordan and Pippen of yesteryear success was mine! Update! Best Customer Service Gets Better! Had a tougher issue this time. Customers with quick clicking fingers were getting my BOGOs without a full price purchase. Reached out to BOLD and Guri and Navjot fixed the issue for me the same day. Truly outstanding customer service and great apps that really, really work!

This app was very easy to setup and configure. Within 30 minutes we created our first upsell offer which is triggered when a shopper adds any item to the cart and clicks the checkout button. Thank you Product Upsell for a pleasure to use app.

The customer service was excellent. The customer service rep, Nir, stayed on chat with me for over an hour helping me set up my Upsell and Bundles app and worked through some technical issues. ell as we are a social business operation on ver very low margins, this app helped up to up our cart value and is the reason we are slowly becoming profitable. Indeed we are selling handmade organic toys, crocheted by a group of underprivileged mothers, many being Syrian refugees. Most of the proceeds of our sells go to the moms directly leaving us with almost no profit in order to grow our business. Being able to upsell posters makes up for that. It's a real life changer, despite being only a few days we started using the app. I did not have the need to use support as the app was super easy to install and it all works well so far!

I used this app to help increase our cart size. The support is great - liquid installation is done super quickly.

We had a rocky start with this app as their code conflicted with our site and caused a huge glitch where customers could not click to the add to cart button thus making us sceptical and worried that me made the wrong decision by installing this app. We made contact with support and Parminder immediately got back to us and even gave us a direct call to resolve this for us and take us through the process step by step. He even did some small styling work for us whilst on the call to ensure the app fits our store theme. He also gave us some extra insightful tips on how to make the app work for us even better. After installing this app we had our first cross sell sale in 1 day after installing! This app is a great tool to earn extra revenue and pays for itself with your first sale! We highly recommend this app and again highly recommend that you ask for Parminder as his service is impeccable.
