Product upsell and cross sell is a hige benefit but they don't do it with discounts unless you buy the bold discount for another $15 a month.. Feels like a bait and switch so I will look for an all inclusive before I add the second app... Seems to be the norm for shopify with many other store platforms not so nickle diming... I seem to make it about 2 years before swapping platforms so the tick tock is getting louder....

In the last few days, I have received above-and-beyond service from the people at Bold Upsell, including Charles, Nirav, Pratibha, and Cody. They expedited our app install upon request, and have been incredibly responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this app and the incredible folks who make it great!

So far customer service has been fantastic, especially Samuel, he's been very eager to help me with any help I need. Samuel even organised someone to design the app to suit my store theme. It's still early days, but I believe this app should see my cross sells increase. Very impressed!

This App is a game changer! Our items per cart has increased dramatically after using Bold. Highly recommend. I'm giving this app 4 stars for now as I've only just started using it, so I have no idea about their customer assistance and follow-up practices. That said, it has been very simple to use, does what it's supposed to do, and does it well. Some alternative products like SMAR7 might look better, but they're hard to use from your phone when you have to make changes on the go! Not this one! They also have ONE MONTH free to try (vs 7 days), and the start up bundle is cheaper than it's competitor, which is GOLD when you're starting up your eCommerce store..! It's definitely worth the try!

I'm relatively new to dropshipping and was looking for an app that optimized upsales and crosssales. The Bold Product Upsell, was by far the most highly rated when I researched into the different Apps out there. The interface is so easy to use and there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube from Bold and other Dropshippers who recommend the App. Although I haven't been using the App for years, I have already witnessed it producing marvelous results! My sales have increased by 12.5% just down to this single App alone! I am definitely going to be using other products from Bold in the future as my store grows, such as Product Bundles and Product Discounts. I have no experience in coding or CSS and Bold solves this problem straight off the bat. Number one Shopify App! The best thing is I haven't even needed to use the Bold support team! Bold make the App I use so simple to navigate, I have no need to contact them. The amazingly detailed YouTube advise videos from Bold gave me more than enough information to walk me step by step through all aspects of the App! I'm sure if I ever ran into any difficulty though, then the Bold support team would point me in the right direction as soon as possible.

This app is great, and its customer service is amazing indeed. I was having some troubles, I wrote them via live chat and GURI solved my problem in a couple of minutes. Totally recommend this app!

I've been using 3 apps from them and have nothing but good things to say about them. It makes my website more friendly user and the customer service from them is A+. I just contacted them and Cody guided me in the right direction. Will definitely recommend these apps to other business owners.

This is a MUST for your Shopify store. It's a great way to boost the average cart value. Don't even think about getting this app, JUST DO IT.
