We had a rocky start with this app as their code conflicted with our site and caused a huge glitch where customers could not click to the add to cart button thus making us sceptical and worried that me made the wrong decision by installing this app. We made contact with support and Parminder immediately got back to us and even gave us a direct call to resolve this for us and take us through the process step by step. He even did some small styling work for us whilst on the call to ensure the app fits our store theme. He also gave us some extra insightful tips on how to make the app work for us even better. After installing this app we had our first cross sell sale in 1 day after installing! This app is a great tool to earn extra revenue and pays for itself with your first sale! We highly recommend this app and again highly recommend that you ask for Parminder as his service is impeccable.

I just started my store in August and had an amazing month in October selling but hit a wall at the end of the month. I went from selling over $10,000 to nothing. I started researching apps that could help make my BFCM sales transition easier and more profitable. I actually watched a video from Oberlo that recommended the product discount app which then lead me to the upsell app. It was an awesome app to use and really made my BFCM sales so much easier to integrate into the store! With little training on ECommerce and Shopify this app saved me countless hours and I would imagine money as well! I started this journey to be able to supplement my income and stay home or travel with my husband as he works on the road 11 months out of the year. I know this is a wonderful opportunity to build something great and Bless others in the process! The upsell app can definitely allow me to provide a much better sales experience for my customers and I’m excited to learn more about all your great apps! I honestly cannot say enough about how helpful and efficient your support personnel was for me. I apologize as I cannot remember his name but when he received my email he realized I was new to using your app and asked if he could give me a call to walk me through the steps to help setup my BOGO 50% OFF sale. He got me fixed up very quickly and made sure I understood the process so I could handle it on my own for other sales. He also stated that I could just email him with any questions or concerns in the future any time I needed, which was a great feeling to know I could just reach out to him directl! Great service!! I just installed the Upsell feature and the Discount app to cross sell a second item with a discount. Cody helped me to figure out how to put these features together, thanks for the guidance and reactivity :)

At 2am on Black Friday, our site had a major glitch which could have been detrimental to the ads we were running. Jay, the Co-Founder and VP of bold was the first person who popped up when I requested to chat and not only did he solve the problem, he made sure that the apps were functioning properly by editing the code last minute. I can't say enough about my experience with this line of products. The Bold tools are the best we have ever used on our site, the apps pay for themselves within minutes. Cheers Jay!
