Thank you so much to Brysen and Rajni for the excellent help and the positive attitude. Customer Service is a 10/10. I had a few issues with the app but Brysen and Rajni (The people I spoke with) took full initiative to help me solve the problems I had.

First Bold app that I'm using and I can't live without it anymore ! Why ? Because it's not only a great app, the team behind is so competent and it's really important to me ! I asked to their Support to help me with a special customization so that the upsell can work well with my Shopify theme, they did everything and really fast. Special thanks to Jonnathan from the Support team !

I usually use bold apps for my stores because they some of the best out there. Plus I supporting my fellow Winterpeggers as I live there too :-) Had a few issues oddly this time on my new store, but wthey were fixed pretty fast. Thanks

Please update the tutorial on upsell and cashier. Interface has changed. It's difficult to setup while following along in the video.

By far one of the best apps on Shopify. Additionally, their customer service is off the charts! I asked for a custom tweak to the app to their support chat and Harpreet and Aman were on it! Within 10 minutes they had completed my request! Absolutely fantastic.

It's a scam. Firs time I leave a review on a Shopify app. Only appear 1 time on 5. First plan is 10$/month for 200 views which is absolutely ridiculous. Don't recommend at all.

We're successfully using Bold Upsell helping us offer best suitable products for our customers to add-on or upgrade to have a better value. We've even been able to modify css styling and look to meet our branding or function better for our business like restrict to enter any number of product qty to add on to the cart. It allowed to manually enter any number to add to the cart BUT not now. App Devs are always working on upgrading it so we look forward to having it even more better.

I have recently installed this app and so far, It has helped me cross-sell an item that was often neglected by customers. I am also very much pleased with the strong customer support. Increases conversions. Would like it to look a bit better though (the upsell that pops up when "add to cart")

We got sales from this app, no doubt about that. But this app destroyed my loads times, even worse if you cleared your cookies and browser history the site appeared quick for the first few pages loads until the bold app scripts did something. And this was happening on even the collection pages where the app was doing nothing in terms of functionality. I hired a speed optimisation expert and he thought it could be the app. He deleted the app and any leftover code and the site went from loading 6-7 seconds on most occasions down to less than 2 seconds!!! I've had this installed for probably over a year and I'm embarrassed I didn't spot this. Conversions rates are through the roof so I'd dread to think how much revenue this app has cost me over the year. I don't usually write reviews but something needs doing, Shopify shouldn't allow this.

Great app so far, support was quick and easy thanks to Zachary for the install and Guri and Ankur for some quick support.

Don't waste your time can't do what it says it does without you buying pretty much all the Bold apps $$$ I was told I would have to uninstall all the apps that i have been using for the past 2 years on over 150 products, just so i can get the upsell app to select more than one option. Also was told that there's not enough data for the bold brain, even though we have been online for 2 years with almost 3000 sales... not sure how much more data you need for something that's supposed to be smarter than me...

Pro: Staffs are friendly and helpful Cons: .No support 24/7. The wait was long (My store was paused 3 days because I needed this app and already paid for it) .30/200 views were just for figuring out if the app was working. .Charge per view was unfair since it doesn't guarantee sales .App was not very responsive. Took it long enough before it is loaded and customers may have skipped to cart already. .Should add more features like more title characters => Overall, ClickFunnel offers cross-sell and upsell with email support and more for the same cost. Here if you get more than 5000 views you will get charged like $90. Clickfunnel charges $97 for unlimited views (so they are technically the same thing but ClickFunnel offers more)

Bold Upsell is an incredibly easy-to-use interface, and has increased our revenue drastically since we began using it. Pairing up our various products has worked wonders for conversion and allowed us to capitalize on high-spending customers.
