Maybe im dumb, but im looking for app that can create a automatic subscription ex. 10$ a month every month regardless of what product they buy? the subscription is not based on the product but more of a memebership that allows them to buy off the site, cant this app do it?

I am having a horrible experience with V2... After 6 months of using it, I still cannot believe how poor this product is. I have had issues with every single part of it : customers unable to change their shipping addresses, their variants, their payement information... Nothing really works consistently with it and my customer AND myself have completely lost trust that we can rely on it. Some simple tickets have been open for over 5 months.... ridiculous. Every time I contact the support team, they answer quickly and are all kind and full of Sorries and apologies but it only makes me feel like im stuck in an abusive relationship... no improvements, no adjustments and no real action to change the situation are being done! All this to say that I am migrating away right now... I would NOT advice to go with this V2 version, not now anyways... only troubles in the horizon. I am super disappointed. On a positive note, they happily reimbursed me twice for the service (I imagine that they are well aware that their product is really bad right now...)

The support team has been wonderful. Each one I've contacted has been a pleasure to work with. This morning Nir helped me with a couple of items and he was great. He immediately understood the problem and resolved both items very quickly. Thank you!!!

Best customer service!! The only thing they need to add to this app to make it perfect is the buffer days!!! Other than that very happy with it! Managing 3000 subs should be a breeze! :)

I love this app but it affects shopify store speed and from May 2021 faster websites will rank better in google search. Unless BOLD does something to address this I would not recommend this app.

This is the worst "update" I have ever seen on a app. They had a great working program and they went and ruined it by making a program update that doesn't do anything- DO NOT USE THIS APP !!!

Great customer service. They help me set up the store front and work Sunday to answer my questions. I am just at trial not even paying the full month yet. You know you can trust partners like this. I know Laurel would say this is part of her job. But I also know not every company nor everyone would do that. Thank you

Customer service is King. I believe the email temples should mimic Shopify's, but support worked with me until I was totally satisfied and followed up with me repeatedly. Very impresses. As far as the app, it works, hands down. I love it.

This review is on set up and installation only. I installed the app and added the code to my theme. But since my coding skills are not expert level, customer service at BOLD took over and installed all the code correctly. I looked through it all today and it is perfect. We are launching our subscription service as a new feature later this week so are excited.

I've updated my review based on a response from Laurel. She clarified the problem was resolved, however subscription renewals will process throughout the day on the first of the month. I appreciate the customer service and help in making sure I'm taken care of.

A big shout out to Gaurav, app specialist for amazing customer service experience. I was just about to start using the app and I had issues with the app as it was not working as it was supposed to be despite of doing everything I was supposed to do. Gaurav took his time to understand the situation, patiently explained what was the issue and resolved the issue promptly. Not only that, he was very proactive to suggest further improvements and made changes on my behalf. It was very seamless process and he was incredibly helpful!! Now, I highly recommend this app as I know I will get hands on support immediately when there is an issue.

PLEASE DONT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It destroyed my whole store due to liquid errors after deleting it because it was very complicated to change the language of the subsciption widget. If you are not developer or Programmer please dont use it. It will make your head and heart rush if there are some changes you try to do with their description. The worst thing is that the support is available in 3 to 5 workdays!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holy almighty: For this price an absolut outrage for me. Look for other options or develop subs yourself i think this will be the same struggle

We migrated to Bold and Shopify from a different point of sale and self-managed subscriptions. In fact, we were the first migration to Bold V2, I believe. The Bold migration/development teams went above and beyond for us as we launched our Shopify storefront around an existing base of subscribers. There were definitely some functionality hiccups along the way, between Bold and Shopify, but some of that is to be expected with a brand new product. Overall, Bold has been incredibly communicative, helpful and eager to get their hands dirty with us. We'd recommend Bold, especially now that the migration process to V2 has been tested and flushed out, and we appreciate Bold's willingness to lead the way with Shopify on developing subscription management hosted in Shopify checkout, accounts, etc.
