We needed help integrating Bold Subscriptions into our AJAX cart. The support team's help and communication was excellent and they performed the integration quickly.

Very helpful - Gagandeep was very helpful. Figured out the issue and help solve the problem - thanks. Recently (Kelsey) as well as Chintak fixed an issue. Very prompt and fast. Thanks.

I like what you do. The documentation is also good but it would be better if it was indexed properly and structured more precisely.

Kelsey was so wonderful and knowledgeable with customer service when we had an issue. She was amazing!!!

We tried to make things work with Bold Subscriptions, but it took about a month for them to respond to our migration request, and we had problems with code integration. After about a month and a half of trying we've decided to move on to a different app, which were able to get it working within the same day.

Great app - this works really well for our store. I just wish there was a way to only require customers making subscriptions to create an account (i.e. not every customer).

The support on this app is outstanding! Shoutout to Kelsey for helping with my urgent, last minute client request.

They dont seem to be actively working on this app, it has limitations in that customers cant add products to their subsciption. And if I do it manually I cannot add it at the subsciption discount price. They do not seem to care about improving this app. I would look elsewhere if I were you.I've been using it for 8 months and nothing has improved.

On the website, it says Worldpay is supported, But after installation, I was told by their customer service that they don't support Worldpay. Also NO refund. MAKE IT WORK, OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

The V2 app does seem to have some issues, and as far as I can tell, fewer features than V1. But it does do what it says, and provides a solid tool for subscription sales. I'm hoping that V2 continues to get better and more feature-rich, especially around analytics. More importantly to me as an ecommerce manager, the support is great. They are always kind, helpful, and quick to help out with any problems I have encountered, which is important when you are running a business and need issues resolved quickly. Specifically, I'll name check Kelsey in customer support for helping me with a particularly problematic issue. Very kind, very helpful, even to someone with a complex problem on a Saturday afternoon. I'm not sure yet how I would rate the app on just it's performance, but because of these support interactions, it gets a 5. EDIT/UPDATE: I am coming back to this some time later, just to say that support continues to be amazing. Kelsey, again, helped me understand how we can further customize our Bold implementation. If she hasn't had a raise lately, give her one.

The migration from Bold v1 to Bold v2 has been terrible. We've had customers with duplicate orders and now customers are being sent notification from v1 despite the fact they're on V2. We've lost subscribers and wasted customers time and had to take on a lot of extra customer service. YOU'VE STILL NOT RESPONDED

Bold has been great to work with! Fast and friendly customer service. My associate Kelsey was able to fix a problem that would have taken me days to fix.

We have been using Bold Subscriptions for a few years now and it has been great for our needs! The support/customer service team is always so fast to help when we've had issues. Kelsey, Colton, and Abhishek has been so great and are so quick to respond.

Great customer service from Colton, Nikhil, Rifat, and Chaysen. Installation process is straightforward, and it looks great on the store.

The subscriptions widget on product pages looks very nice and the system works well. The only issue I have is that customers cannot pick shipping method themselves, but that's apparently a Shopify limitation.. The Bold customer service is really helpful, especially Nikhil did a good job with a fast fix of an issue!

This app is pretty good. It has some bugs though like duplicate orders that are created randomly sometimes and its also kinda limited in features but overall does the job of subscriptions. I would have to say though there customer support is great Kelsey has helped me several times now and is always a pleasure to work with. If it wasn't for her I would have deleted this app.

Subscription service works great. Vineet was very helpful with setting up my subscription option for various products.

So far very helpful. The chat team was very helpful and quickly responded. It is currently meeting all our needs for a subscription app.

Jericho was a great help. Got everything set up with our new theme. Bold works great! We've been using it for about 2 years now
