Not only did the app work seamlessly, but the customer service team jumped on a call with me and walked me through the entire process of configuring and integrating the app with my Shopify store. App provides us with the functionality we require. The support team are incredibly helpful and any issues or queries are resolved in a timely manner.

We look forward to customer service getting back to us so we can resolve the issue of being billed for months with no true usage because of setup issues and nothing but run-around, back-and-forth emails. I have even written them Whats App with no resolution. They tell me to use their knowledge base while on their most expensive plan, estimated to spend $1200.00 a year. We have been paying for months with no resolution. This company's customer service has not impressed us thus far, even if the tech is present.

The app seems to work well so far. And the support is really helpful. I'm looking forward to seeing how the app performs when our website goes live.

After doing extensive research for a B2B wholesale solution for our Shopify store, I landed with this company. I am thrilled with the service that we received while on the trial, it was one of the many deciding factors to move forward with the app. I reached out for assistance with the customization of the registration form to match our theme. Emma C. was prompt to assist with our inquiry, and along with her technician Nguyen Tien Hau, they were able to execute the request timely and exactly to the specifications mentioned. She also provided images of both mobile and desktop to make sure the edits were correct, before closing the ticket! Visually it is everything I wanted. The app is really easy to use, and there is a lot of supporting documentation. I hope that if I need any additional support in the future I get to work with Emma again!

At the first stage, we started using only three applications (B2B/Wholesale Customer Portal, B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price, B2B Portal/ Net Terms), which allow us to completely solve the problem of creating a portal for wholesale customers. Very rich set of tools :) Intuitive rules setting, the same for all tools. Well, a special thank you to the technical support :) Emma and Dao Van Phu, after 7 years of working with Shopify apps, we can say that you are the best!!! Great app, with even greater customer service. Jena and Dong Le Trung helped us create custom Registration forms for our store. They had no issues with any of the prototype design we sent over, and they designed the form exactly how we wanted with proper functionality as well. Their communication was quick and I highly recommend their services.

I had this app for quite a while but I decided to uninstall it because I was not getting use out of it and basically I could not justify the $50 monthly subscription. I uninstalled it and since then they continue to charge me the $50 a month. I reached out to Shopify support and they created a ticket. I didn't hear back. Another month goes by and they charge me again! I reached out to Shopify support again and they created a second ticket. Finally Joy Nguyen reaches out to me via email and he states that I am not entitled to a refund. Even though in his email he states that merchants are required to uninstall the app if they want to discontinue the service. I am not sure why Shopify allows foreign countries to offer apps to American companies without vetting them first. This is very concerning.

Good job BSS team! Thanks so much to my support agent Joy Nguyen and dev guys Cao Xuan Cuong, Le Trung Dong, Hoang Van Tien, Pham Van Quyen who quickly resolved my issue. More specifically, I have some questions about the 2 apps and Joy Nguyen gives me answers well. Then, I have some difficulty in restyling the force login page and login age, as well as registeration page too. Then I contact Joy and receive the reply that the dev team can customize for free if I can give then detailed mockup design of my expectation. Why should I hesitate to do that? Of course I am willing to send them my mockup design so that they understand what I want, and they come back to me with very good result. You guys can go into my page and see that the pages are so nice! I love it! BSS app is quite friendly to use and functional also. You guys are great: You have amazing support team and good app. You can grow your service and sales more for more customers. I am more than happy for this customer support! They are patient, friendly, supportive and cute! I don't usually write reviews but BSS support team gives me a second thought about this time. i will continue collaborate with you guys and if I may have any further issues, I will be more than happy to come back to you guys again.

Me han modificado la plantilla para que los clientes mayoristas puedan ver los precios personalizados en la página de la tienda. Ya se estaban quejando porque no veian los precios reducidos. Asique en menos de 24 horas el tecnico Duc y Jennie me han ayudado. Me toca traducirlo al ingles pero de todas formas nos entendemos con el traductor de google. Actualización: no me resuelven los problemas, además tardan más de 24 horas en contestar, en españa resuelven las cosas a las 9 de la mañana y luego desaparecen 24 horas Jennie and the technician Duc Nguyen Van have helped me, they have solved a problem in less than 24 hours and everything is fine. I have modified the template so that wholesale customers can see custom prices on the store page. They were already complaining because they did not see the reduced prices. So in less than 24 hours the technician Duc and Jennie have helped me. I have to translate it into English but we still don't understand with the google translator. This app is the perfect solution if you want to utilize B2B functions but don't have the sales to justify upgrading to Shopify Plus. Jennie and Nguyen Tien Hau have provided great support in setting up our system and making some small customizations to our theme. They have been very responsive and a great help in answering all our questions.
