The support I have experienced thus far has been great! Most recently, I required some custom front end development work to display hidden prices on my B2B Cart page. I was using 2-3 other apps alongside BSS Commerce , which resulted in hidden product pricing. Within 24-hours of contacting Josephine Dao and Hai NN, the solution was resolved with a few lines of liquid code. I was completely hands off and they managed to solve everything for me.

This is a niche app for converting retail prices to wholesale prices, it's effective and straight forward to use, the support team is great and any minor tech issues we have raised have been dealt with swiftly, Jonas on customer support has been great, a brilliant app for retail stores who also have wholesale customers

This app is amazing and has so many features included - the support team are super helpful and get back to you very quickly. Josephine has been great and was able to assist us with making some changes to our sign up form, her communication was very prompt and the changes were made exactly how we wanted thanks to Nguyen Van Dong. Good customer service ! I encountered several problems with the installation of the application which were all resolved very quickly with the BSS team.

We were having a lot of trouble trying to find compatible apps. Specifically an app that could handle variants and wholesale pricing. We assumed (very wrongly) that if 2 apps came from the same company they would be compatible with each other. Oh were we WRONG! This has been a nightmarish mess. First, we deleted our old apps which mean all products had to be loaded again from scratch. Then, we added the BSS apps . . . . That's when all of the problems started. Our other apps stopped working. BSS blamed it on the other developer, the other developer blamed it on BSS. We got absolutely nowhere. Then, the Wholesale Solution app wasn't doing what they said it would do. Of course, that was because it couldn't REALLY do what was promised. Then, when the BSS Variant app wasn't working, the BSS tech told us it was because it doesn't work with the BSS Wholesale app. Seriously?!?! What a mess. Now our team has to start from scratch . . . again . . . and try to figure this out. Wasting thousands of dollars and 100's of man hours.

We are using this app in conjunction with the BSS Customer Portal app, on two sites now. We started with one app on one site, and over the last few months have combined the B2B/Wholesale soln and the BSS Customer Portal across two sites. Very happy with the way they have integrated into our sites, and we now have a combined B2C/B2B app that is working seamlessly for our customers. A big, big thankyou to Jonas (and his patience with my never ending questions), and the tech team Pham Le Minh Tri, Nguyen Minh Dang, Cuong NVM, Leorio, Vu Phi Hung, Nguyen Duc Manh for their work behind the scenes making all our customisations and helping with the seamless integration. Definitely recommend for any small-med sized business wanting to integrate Wholesale/B2B into their B2C business.

Ho usato quest'app per rendere il mio eCommerce adatto anche a B2B perchè ha molte funzione utili. Ho utilizzato l'obbligo di registrazione con un form personalizzato e il Tax Display, mi sono trovato molto bene eccetto che potrebbero abilitare più compatibilità con i temi. In ogni caso l'assistenza di Josephine e dello sviluppatore Vu Phi Hung è stata perfetta e mi hanno aiutato in pochissimo tempo per tutte le mie richieste.

I think it's the best for a particular login function and a function that categorizes customers to show prices or limit access to a particular page. If you are looking for apps with similar features, I strongly recommend B2B's apps. Above all, really friendly and detailed consultation with a consultant named Jena gave me the best service experience. I also thank the developer Trinh Viet Anh for quick page customization. Especially, I am grateful to Jena for giving me a kind explanation and accurate answer even if I ask questions many times repeatedly because I do not understand well. She implemented all the features I asked her to do. Amazing!!

I Use this app to replace 3 apps and works very well. The set up and support are outstanding. I hope they can implement my idea for an additional function but regardless some of the best i have worked with so far.

B2B Wholesale Solution has been an affordable and easy solution for us to offer exactly what we needed for our wholesale customers. It has a great range of features. None of the features have been complicated to install just a little lengthy if you do do not want to go out to the top package in terms of customer pricing but understand the app structure and think it is good value for the features. Customer service has been fantastic. Quick, polite and efficient and have fixed all the issues we have had with install very efficiently. Shout out to Jonas and the tech team Hoa Xuan Duong & Nguyen Dinh Khanh who have helped us with several problems. Would Recommend the app for any small company looking to open B2B up on their Shopify page.
