If you're looking for an app that not only offers great features and functions, but also has exceptional customer service, then look no further than B2B solution. I recently had an issue with the problem and reached out to their customer support team. Not only did they get back to me within a few minutes, but they also went above and beyond to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction.

Early in the process but the team has been very helpful answering my questions and walking me through the process. Very satisfied so far!

Tried to partner with this app because it looked ideal and had good reviews. Being in Australia, we were directed to an office in Vietnam. Had a rushed demo and then we sent an email with one single question. A "ticket" was sent to us but had no content. Followed up a few times seeking an answer or more info. No replies to the emails. Eventually sent one saying will you assist, or should I give up? No response. Very disappointed.

Aplicación 100% fiable y segura cumple con las necesidades y mas, al instalar la APP se tuvieron algunos errores y no funcionaba bien, lo que entiendo ya que cada tema o personalización es diferente. Pero gracias a la atención brindada por Jolie Nguyen quien hizo un magnifico trabajo revisando los problemas y transmitiendo mis necesidades al técnico Le Trung Dong y Nguyen Van Huan quien sin duda supo solucionar todos los inconvenientes y supo programar y plasmar mis necesidades. Sin duda la aplicación es buena, pero no seria tan buena si no contara con un soporte técnico tan bueno. Recomendado 100%

Bonne application qui offre pas mal de services. Quelques amélioration dans la configuration des règles sur les commandes (order limit surtout) nous aideraient beaucoup mais après un premier échange avec le support, très très réactif et efficace, je n'hésiterai pas à leur faire remonter nos besoins. Je recommande !

Of course, we had an individual aproach for our B2B Customers in mind, yet this app delievered the largest part of the needed puzzle pieces. The rest was found quickly and thoroughly by Jennie from the support and her team of technicians. Binging ist all together helped enormously to implement a solution that even leaves room for added services in the future. We are thankful for the cooperative help of the support team.

The app has a lot of functionality in one place, which I really appreciate. It's the only app I found that has a custom pricing function that fits my needs as a wholesaler. And the auto customer tagging is very convenient as well. I also use the Wholesale Registration form. It has been a bit buggy at times, but for the price for the whole package is very good comparative to other apps. That leads me to the reason I would give this app 5 stars...The customer service is the best I've received using Shopify apps. June Nguyen and dev Cuong Nguyen Quoc and Duc Nguyen Van have gone above and beyond to respond quickly to my problems and even develop custom solutions to help meet all my needs. Where the app lacks in function, their service makes up for. And I haven't come across a problem yet they haven't helped me fix in the end.

We look forward to customer service getting back to us so we can resolve the issue of being billed for months with no true usage because of setup issues and nothing but run-around, back-and-forth emails. I have even written them Whats App with no resolution. They tell me to use their knowledge base while on their most expensive plan, estimated to spend $1200.00 a year. We have been paying for months with no resolution. This company's customer service has not impressed us thus far, even if the tech is present.

App provides us with the functionality we require. The support team are incredibly helpful and any issues or queries are resolved in a timely manner.
