Hello, I just install the app, and works really well. I had some issues setting things up, and customer service, they help me with everything, they were sending me emails after, asking if everything was working. Really happy so far.

This app has provided fantastic functionality to our webstore and their customer support team has been consistently responsive and helpful.

Additionally, their customer service is excellent and will assist you if you encounter any difficulties or have questions. In our case, Rash from their tech support team provided us with outstanding care and helped us resolve multiple questions we had. We strongly recommend taking the time to install this app as it will enable you to capture both loyal customers and potential clients. The application installs numerous components that you haven't requested, and it takes an excessive amount of time to resolve the issue when you inform them about your refusal of the unwanted installations on your site. These components, such as non-removable widgets, cannot be removed and your "add to cart" button have a big delay when customers access your site. Even when uninstalling the application as instructed, all the widgets reappear, and they use (yet again) a substantial amount of time to remove them once again.

This app messed up my store. All my product images disappeared immediately after installing. I asked for support and they said their developper will fix it for me. I waited for 2 days they never fixed it then blamed my browser for it not working while insisting that it's showing on their side... big waste of time and additional stress in an already stressful time. Avoid!

90% positive experience with this app! Definitely the best on the app store. Bugs sometimes, but usually a simple fix.

This app slowed my product pages down and forced my products into a bunch of collections and tags I didn't want. The app claims to uninstall all of its code, but it leaves your product pages slow even after uninstalling and deleting.

Great app! Customer service is very quick and friendly! I will use it again when and if the need arises.

I have just started using this app 1 month ago and I find it to be the best one currently available, just note that it will take time to get it set up proper. I added pre-orders to 1000 products and it took about 12 hours to set up. Settings can only be edited on 50 products at a time so it can take awhile but I feel it's worth it for the benefits of managing pre-order separately. Also in case of theme compatibility issues, make sure to plan time to work with support to get it functioning properly but once they got it working, it's great. Took me 4 weeks to get the issues fixed, communicating with them daily M-F. I am excited to use this app now moving forward. So my advice is use the app, just make sure you have proper expectations of time before jumping in and be patient.

The support team were very helpful in working through the finer details. Much can be implemented yourself, but they're there when you need – and fast. Nice.

The app is one of the best pre-order apps I've ever tried. You can literally customize and set up everything as you wish. And the support team is great! They helped me customize the app to fit the design of my website and within 1 day my request was complete. Great app, definitely recommended.
