The Shopify App listing says I should be paying $24.95 a month. The payment page on the app says i should be paying $24.95 a month. I've noticed that however the app is charging me $40/month on my Shopify bill. I contacted support and they say it's normal and I should be paying $40, they refuse to honour their pricing. This company is ripping off their customers. Do not install, do not use, stay away. Customer had installed this app since October 2023. The app had been billing the app since October 2023 at $39.95. There was at no point in time where the app billed the customer at $24.95 as mentioned. Customer can check their Shopify invoice since 2023 and we guarantee that this is the price that had been billed since then. Please note billing requires the customer's approval before we can proceed with the charges as we are using Shopify's Billing API and it is governed by Shopify.

PreOrder Manager is a fantastic app, which covered all our needs for the pre-launch of several important products. The app worked perfectly and the customer service with Amai was excellent. When I had a technical query, their support couldn't have been better – their response time was super fast and they are clear about everything, and took care of the issue immediately. Highly recommend the product, and the team are brilliant.

App is super glitchy, doesn't work, and the support is very slow and poor. They tried to fix the issue but it only delayed us when we should have just tried a different app from the start.

Very easy to set up. I had some problems with my Theme and the functions, but I simply just contacted the staff through the chat. They fixed all the problems without hesitation.

Soo many issue, need to talk with the developer all the time. Every time they fix on problem they create a new problem. I have been waiting 2 weeks on help with setting up "Coming soon" and notification sign-up with new orders. I am still a user but strongly considering finding a new app.

Our pre-order button stopped working and after reaching out to Amai's support team it was fixed within the day. I greatly appreciate the turnaround time as we don't plan out pre-orders and it is usually something we need live within a few days.

I've been using Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify in my shop for three years, and I love it! Having a reliable way to take and manage pre-orders has saved me countless hours of administrative work, a provides a simple, seamless experience for my customers. The few times I've had an issue with a feature, the customer service and product development team have responded quickly and resolved the issue within a day. I could not be happier with this product and service - they've earned a loyal customer!

Having lots of issues! We have items on preorder and it won't state that, doesn't add the tag or tell customer Now we are left having to send a lot of refunds and having unhappy customers... still waiting for an update from them UPDATE : preorder still having so many issues after they "fixed it" half the time it works, and then it doesn't every unreliable app.

More items were sold out than what I had originally configured in the settings. Essentially, the system continued to allow sales of out-of-stock items indefinitely, despite my specific allocation of quantities for each product intended for pre-orders. Consequently, I'm dealing with numerous upset customers who are unable to receive the products they ordered.

I'm having trouble with the pre-order button. Every time I selected it says stop selling item. I'll refresh it and for 3 second it works and goes back to stop selling item. Please fix this problem.

Would definitely recommend this app, it was perfect for what we wanted to do with our pre-ordered products. They also have great customer service, worked out an issue we had with billing the same day.

Such an amazing app. Has so many settings that just work. I'm surprised Shopify doesn't have anything built in for Pre-Orders, but this app has helped our customers understand the item they ordered was a pre-order. Their customer service is top-notch too. They've fixed any problems quickly.

This app works magically to incorporate with our preorder items that are scheduled for 2024 Autumn Season. We wanted something that we can broadcast or advertise but without needing to worry about manually fulfill or letting the customer know that this item is for pre-order only. So lucky we found Amai, the support group is even more responsive and professional. Fixed our display issues in no time!
