This application is very useful! It lets my customers know my items are out of stock yet and still be pre-ordered and shipped out when they come back in stock. Customer support was prompt and helped me with any issue I was having! Thank you for developing this app!

We have a mix of in-stock, make-to-order, and pre-order products on our store, and this app has been the answer to our prayers. Now our customer's can understand at a glance before they add to cart if they are looking at a product that will ship right away, or that they would have to wait for. Previous to this app, we were worried that we would have to build a new page template or collection for these items. This is a much faster, more efficient, more elegant solution. We were able to customize the appearance of the pre-order/special-order button to match the appearance of our store, while still visually calling the customer's attention to the fact that this is not a regular in-stock item, with more details provided on mouse-over. The app includes a brilliant control panel that allows you to update the app when you install a new theme, even if the new theme uses non-standard code for the add-to-cart button. Plus the documentation and live chat help is outstanding. I've never seen a free app so thoughtfully put together and well-executed. It's easily the most valuable app we have installed on our store. I wouldn't hesitate a moment to purchase a paid app from this developer if I had need of one. Got quick assistance by live chat and they were able to get the app working with the new them quickly and painlessly. Great job!

A very useful app and responsive support team!

This app confuses me (lots of power, multiple places to change things and you have to get the settings exactly right to get the desired outcome) but their chat support totally solves every question I have and they do it quickly. I'm probably not getting everything I could out of it but when I need it, it's handy.

At first, we had a bit of trouble getting the app to work. Support was extremely helpful and worked on fixing all of the issues with our theme. So far, it's working great, especially during the busy holiday season!

Great app and awesome service, we had a big influencer promo and needed pre-sale ability fast. Installed it then the developers fine tuned our variant code to work properly within the hour. Would recommend.

Great app and customer service! It developed a small glitch after working great for a year. The app developers were on it pronto and had the problem solved fast.

I have 3 stores I use this app on. It's easy to use and the support is very fast. The only thing I would like is theme-matching pre-order buttons or just a way to make them look nicer with more options in design. I'd also like a way to check box a bunch of items and give them the same pre-order settings in one place instead of clicking on each item. For instance we might have a group of items that are pre-order and will ship on a certain date. I want to select all items in that group and put in the pre-order message: "ships on xx/xx/xx" etc... keep up the good work, though!
