this app caused an infinite loading icon on mobile when my customers checked on proceed to chekout - i have lsot $$$$ because of this app. Shopify should test these apps befre allowing them on shops.

Great app, does just what I needed. I had difficulty installing on my theme but Alex from the support team was there every time! A* customer service very impressed!

Wasn't the easiest thing to implement on my own, but I emailed support and they did it for me within 3 hours. Great stuff!

App does everything you need and support is great!

Great app, very helpful and efficient customer service. They changed re-installed all the code when we changed the theme and fixed the look of the pre-order button, so it would be same as our standard Add to Cart button on the theme without any fees and within a few days of us asking. The back-end could be a little more user friendly, but since it doesn't need a lot of management from the app side, it's ok. You can see how it looks on our site www.lazyfrancis.com

Fantastic app. I would highly recommend. Customer service is excellent. I needed help setting up the app for a modified template and it was quickly taken care for me by their team.

Great app, does what it's supposed to and is great on keeping customers purchasing when you're out of stock! Not only that but there's just something a little exciting about "Pre Ordering" a product rather than just purchasing it ;)

I just started using the app, however, the team has been very helpful in getting it set up. I can not say if this will help me get any more orders or not. But the set-up of the app is very thoughtful and helpful.

Makes it easy for customers to order upcoming products or when stock arrival is delayed. Great for pre order promotions also to create buzz about a product
