Great app with quick customer support. Definitely recommend.

The support which we received after downloading the app is what made us keep it on. They have a live chat which is available 24/7 so that they can assist you and help you get set up in a couple of minutes as opposed to going back and forth with emails.

The Pre-order app works great for us, as a growing business we dont always have stock on hand, so this app helps us manage our stock levels while still getting sales with pre-ordering. Amazing / Lighting quick service!

The app in general is easy to use and nice, but what I'm definitely missing is the point of the pre-order, which for me is, to be able to set the own capture date of the payment (for example, not before the item is able to be shipped). I'm using it with shopify now and there is only 7 days to capture the payment, otherwise it will be expired. Everything else is very good.

I just downloaded this app 5 mins ago. It's really easy to work!! I had a quick question and I need a fast answer and using there online chat service I was able to get help with one of their app developers immediately! love the customer service!

This app works perfectly. Support is fast and reliable. A must-have app!

Asides from a display thing with a ribbon explaining the button/functionality, the app works great. It requires a proper installation from Spur-IT, which will be performed in a timely manner and the rest is history. You can make it as functional as you need, creating tags for platform and inventory management sorting. The pool of pre-orders will also be stored at an app level, so you will always have a backup just in case. Support has been always on point, attending inquiries and issues promptly. Would definitely recommend this app.

We have experienced several bugs implementing this app. However, their customer support is top notch and have gotten our bugs fixed very quickly. If it had not been for their customer support being so quick and to respond and fix these problems we would have gone to another app. Now that the bugs are worked out I highly recommend this app not just for functionality, but for their support as well.

We cannot operate without Pre-Order functionality available for our store. What made this app our choice is the support above all else. The developers support is second to none. Online when you need them - advice freely given. The only Pre-Order app we will recommend.

Support was excellent. I have a few issues with the installation as I am not a coder. But on-line chat was quick and efficient. Alexander fixed the problem from his end in one or two minutes - literally. So far so good. Now need to see how well the app performs. But if its as good as the support I'm sure it will be great.
