Helpful customer service. The app helps with the management of our returns. Helps keep returns easy and organized.

Easy to customize, navigate and get assistance. I enjoy the free trials because as a new business with limited capital it helps to try out apps and see how they integrate with your shop and then you can upgrade as earn funds.

I was looking for a free way to create a return center on my website and there free plan was filled with all the features I needed. It is a great option for me since I only process a few returns each month. I also use a few of their other services so it was very simple to integrate into my website.

Great support and app does what it says it does!

The app is pretty confusing to use, but is valuable for tracking returns. The functionality of the app is good, but it can be hard to find where to make the update you want or why something isn't working. Neha jumped on a call to walk through the setup with me, which was above and beyond my expectations.

Awesome app!! The integration with shopify platform went smooth, without any problems. The app provide a lot of features for free. Definitely recommended. And the support it's great! Nalinee the best!!
