I'm still using the free trial so jury is out on the product yet as we are only just setting it up but the customer service / help desk are amazing so leaving the review to compliment them on a job very well done. I haven’t been using the app for very long, but right away, the customer service has been exceptional. That might not seem important to everyone, but when you're trying to get an upsell working on a Saturday night and no one is there to help until Monday, you realize how crucial good support is. My rep, Dom, resolved an issue I was having with a different upsell in less than 15 minutes. I’m giving it 5 stars for the outstanding service alone!

Patti was AMAZING - so helpful and patient. She even sent quick step-by-step videos to help explain things. However, updating to a new version is tedious, time-consuming, and frustrating - it requires setting up all of the upsells again (triggers and products). The update should have the option to migrate settings to the new version. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. Even with minimal post purchase upsells setup, this app will potentially charge you hundreds of $ as it's pricing is based on TOTAL orders, not orders where the app is actually deployed. For us, the return on the investment was not worth it. We spent hundreds in charges for this app in one month alone, which given that all it really does is apply a very simple post purchase script, seems ridiculous.
