The 4 stars is for the app (THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WAS 5+ STARS). Jacinda was professional, friendly, and patient. I had difficulties understanding how to make changes and not only was the time taken to understand my problem, but also being empathetic with the frustration I was having with what seemed like something that should be an easy fix. I was provided with instructions, suggestions, and a step by step guide which made it easy to follow along and find the solution that I needed to make today (or in the future). 100% wish my CS experiences for all ecommerce troubleshooting are as great as this one. Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! 😊 We’re incredibly happy to hear that Jacinda provided such a supportive and empathetic experience.
