I heard good things about AfterSell, but my experience with their support team has been enough of a turnoff that we won't be using the app anymore and will look for alternative solutions. Support responses are clearly AI generated yet they deny it. I waited 3 months for their engineers to fix my issue ultimately with no resolution, even though they confirmed it was happening on other stores too, not just ours. Their support team was never straightforward and only started to work on the issue once I copied my sales rep. The search for a good app continues!

Currently on the trial app but seems to be doing great so far and has lead to a few sales within 24hrs. I also reached out to support and they answered the few questions i had. This app is genuinely easy to use, I've used 10+ different shopify plug-ins for various reasons and they're always difficult to use with limited features, but the layout is actually useful and not annoying. New review: So they did act really quick in solving the issue's at hand and now we are back up and running pretty quickly. 10/10 for how quickly they reacted and we are happy to say the app is working properly again. Old review: No communication about the app literally being broken by the new Shopify checkout. Lost revenue and now it doesn't even work.
