Great communication with the support team (the chatbot will almost immediately connect you to a human, THANK YOU) The app is very easy to use and I like the idea itself about after-purchase upsell. You need to put some effort into the strategic thinking. But if you don't have time for this, you can use the pre-designed funnel. So far this sub app is working great. I really like the scheduling feature. This has made my customers experience with our product, and their subscriptions better. The initial setup was a little confusing and a setting did not default to what I thought to be a standard setting. However, after getting in touch with Lillian, she was extremely helpful and even sent a video explaining the steps that needed to be taken to rectify my issue.
