It's a poor OCU app as their app engine often does not trigger the upsell funnel. When asking their support about it, they don't really have an answer as to why this occurs, other than 'extreme load' on the servers. I recommend going with one of the other upsell apps.

a bug with paypal orders come back to a page after payment where the upsell is added to order without customers consent, even was able to replicate it. Hi there!
