Please refund my money. This app charges customer twice every time. People started to advise their Bank it's a fraudulent. Not recommended. Please refund. Hi Artronauts! It sounds like your customers may be getting offered the same product they've already purchased. This may cause confusion, causing the customer to believe you're offering a discount on their existing purchase rather than adding an additional item to the order. To prevent this confusion, we recommend: 1. Changing the text in the offer to emphasize an additional product is being added 2. Ensure your CTA button's text makes it clear a purchase is being made (i.e. "Buy Now", "Add Product to Order") If confusion continues after this, we recommend ensuring the upsell product being offered is not a product already contained in the order. This app makes me free money in the background. This is a brand new store and we've generated an additional $1k revenue that would have been left behind before.
