This included the design and project management of an integrated Shopify POS system rollout to ten Australian retail stores, enhancing the omnichannel experience and ensuring effortless user experience (UX). I also sourced and integrated a new inventory management system while scaling performance marketing efforts to increase return on investment (ROI) across all paid and organic social and search activities.
Co-founder of Peachymama, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) post-maternity fashion brand established on the Shopify platform. The brand has been operating in Australia since 2011 and has expanded its reach to the USA and Canada, utilizing 3PL fulfillment and Walmart distribution channels. The business successfully exited in February 2022 when the brand was sold.
The INIKA Organic project involved a comprehensive design and development process for their Shopify Plus store, focusing on enhancing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). We achieved a significant reduction in future maintenance and upgrade costs by simplifying the tech stack and introducing modularity. Additionally, we audited existing digital agency relationships and improved management visibility across all ecommerce data, enabling the development of P&L forecasting models and enhancing conversion attribution.
The DB Cosmetics project involved the design, development, and deployment of a Shopify Plus store for AU and NZ (dbcosmetics.com.au). The focus was on enhancing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
