The DB Cosmetics project involved the design, development, and deployment of a Shopify Plus store for AU and NZ (dbcosmetics.com.au). The focus was on enhancing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). We achieved a reduction in future maintenance and upgrade costs by simplifying the tech stack and introducing modularity. Additionally, an audit of external digital agency relationships was conducted to enhance management visibility across all ecommerce data, alongside the development of financial models for profit and loss, 12-24 month forecasting, and conversion attribution.
