The INIKA Organic project involved a comprehensive design and development process for their Shopify Plus store, focusing on enhancing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). We achieved a significant reduction in future maintenance and upgrade costs by simplifying the tech stack and introducing modularity. Additionally, we audited existing digital agency relationships and improved management visibility across all ecommerce data, enabling the development of P&L forecasting models and enhancing conversion attribution.
