As the Head of Ecommerce & Digital for Tigerlily, I was contracted to restructure and manage the ecommerce operations of tigerlily.com.au. This included the design and project management of an integrated Shopify POS system rollout to ten Australian retail stores, enhancing the omnichannel experience and ensuring effortless user experience (UX). I also sourced and integrated a new inventory management system while scaling performance marketing efforts to increase return on investment (ROI) across all paid and organic social and search activities.
