Zoko and the team has been very helpful since day one, I have already signed up with them for both of my stores. I am able to actively use the app and engage with my customers well. Also love the element where they are open to feedback and improvements of their services.

The experience with zoko has been very smooth. Had a few issues in creating some templates but the sales team were quite patient and efficient. They help us, guide us and are open to answer all questions and concerns. Very responsive team. It allows multiple agents at the same time. You can view all agent conversations anytime you wish, just switch to that agent's icon.

We had tried other whatsapp business API services over the years but zoko seems to be a very good fit for our business. It allows multiple agents at the same time. It gives the administrator full ownership and allows an effective way to delegate administrative duties. Its got very robust training videos on how to use their services. Allows for change of billing package to suit your needs. Most important you can view all agent conversations in real time. Very little time lapses.

Worst experience getting this thing running. No answer from their Whatsapp support and it apparently only lets you link to a standard Whatsapp account and not to a business Whatsapp account. Edit: Their support answered finally, they've also asked me to remove this review. Nonetheless, I wasn't able to link WhatsApp business and for some reason you'd need to link your facebook business profile through a 3rd party app. This review is not fake but an honest opinion. Maybe it works for other people, didn't work for me.

Love Zoko, the app is very seamless and if anything has an issue the support team helps us on time to get things done. Very cool app.

I would like to say, from installing the apps on shopify and then the team brief me on google meet, all are perfect. They have best support and sale team ! Whenever i say for meeting they urgently send us google meet link and solve our problems in a mins! I got supper sales from zoko and supper support from team ! Thank you for this amazing app!

We highlyrecommend Zoko!! Zoko helps our store to communicate better with our store buyers & visitors. The app itself is easy to navigate and they also provide helpful guideline videos, so you can learn by yourself to set all things. And most importantly, their customer service is very nice and fast-response (esp. Chandu & Jayesh!!!).

I have tried multiple WhatsApp platforms before and Zoko by far is the smoothest to work with. It's a bit expensive but the support team, ease of use & customisations make up for it! The team is very helpful & puts in effort and time to understand the requirements and help you implement them. Highly recommended!

Using Zoko have been a good experience. I started using automations in Zoko recently and the support has been very attentive and helpful.

We have been ZOKO for our D2C brand promotional communication for about 6 months now. It is yielding good results and the team gives a good onboarding walk-through. The reporting, linking of Shopify to ZOKo for campaigns, and support team agreement to entertain customer issues on calls can be areas of improvement.

The team is very helpful & the panel is very easy to use and understand with most of the things already prebuilt. So no need to spend time building it. Additionally, Ben has been quick to respond to all our queries and has also helped us make custom flows.

Amazing customer support and very affordable! We're a start-up based in Dubai, and we found them a year ago. 1 year later, we are still with them and as happy as ever. They help us with the flows whenever we ask them (mostly on the same day).

Their customer support is absolutely ahead of the game. The backend functionalities are modern, not cluttered, and very easy to use. Only the pricing is a little out of our budget, but that clause aside, it is a great company to work with. Was a pleasure, thanks team Zoko!

My old review: "Zoko is costly compared to Wati. I started using Zoko for my D2C store. It was good. Then I used Wati for my B2B business. Comparatively, the amount of customization and flexibility we have on flows is more with Wati than Zoko. One more thing is 1000 conversations per month are free in WhatsApp. Just like that, Wati is also offering 1000 free platform conversations. But Zoko is charging for all the conversations. Now, I considered Freshmarketer, which is way more powerful and cheaper than Zoko. Do not choose Zoko. Go for either Wati or Freshmarketer. I'm planning to move to Wati or Freshmarketer soon." For this review, they have blocked my access to my dashboard without any update from their end. I've cleared all the bills! I'll take this to the Shopify app store.
