Excellent app, above all for the fast and helpful support. It takes a little bit of getting used to but it's not hard and, if you figure it all out, it's also very flexible as a tool. I really appreciated the video examples provided, and also that they give very detailed installation instructions for a lot of different themes. I have tried all of the apps for customizable product options and this is by far the best one. It has a great combination of customizable features, the backend is pretty intuitive, and the customer service is really quick and helpful. I absolutely love this app! I have tried just about all of the custom preview apps that are available on shopify right now. I have a custom embroidery and personalization website so all of my products have some kind of personalization on them. Most of the apps that I tried before this one were both extremely complicated and had very poor support to back them up. I was really about to give up on the whole thing. But I decided to give it one last try with this app. Honestly my expectations were not high. But I am so impressed. I had some issues that I had to work out and the support team got back to me right away with solutions for just about everything. They were quick in their responses and gave me workable solutions. I would absolutely recommend this app to anyone who wants custom previews on their site!

Customer service isnt what its cracked up to be. Told me a "web developer" could do it, well that is me! You cant pay everyone in a small business.

This app is AMAZING and the customer service is outstanding! I have looked and looked for something like this and this is IT! It did take some time to get everything set up but it's going to save lots of time with customer requests and being able to add additional customization to products. I'd give it many more stars if possible.

This app was exactly what I needed for website. We needed a app that would allow our customers to mock up their city jackets live with any city they enter. This was the perfect solution. They helped and fixed every issue we ran into with the app, so that it worked inline with our theme and expectations!

This App is a bit finicky to install but the developer offers fast and great help in getting it configured the way we wanted. Once that is done, it works perfectly. Highly recommended for offering personalization options!

I can't say enough about this app. I have looked for a clean and easy to use personalization tool for our customization business FOR YEARS. This app is fantastic. It's worth working through some of the tech stuff (it's not hard, but you need to put in a little work to get it to what you want). And the support is fantastic. I have gotten a response every time, usually right away. Awesome!!!!!!

Easy to use, very user-friendly. The support team was very prompt in their response and was able to install the application free of charge in a matter of a day. Much better experience than I had with other applications.

A bit tough to learn and still having minor issues but overall it's a great App. Asked for help, took a few days, didn't mind the wait.
