It's easy to get in touch with someone almost anytime! The team is open to feedback, always looking to improve, and quick to find solutions. You can really tell they genuinely want to help. The app could be a bit more user-friendly, but once you get the hang of it, it works great. Totally worth investing the time to learn!

Zepto Product Personalizer is exactly what we needed to offer a personalized shopping experience. The app is easy to use, highly customizable, and supports live previews, which our customers love. The support team is also super responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance setting up complex product options. We love using Zepto, so many options and variable that suite our store perfectly. We've used it on the theme "Dawn" and just recently switched to a paid theme called "Divine" and everything worked great through the switch. Fast support when a question was asked as well!

So far, I'm pretty impressed with all the possibilities, price and ease of use. I had a couple of issues, one related to another third party app that was causing problems with the cart and another one that was just a simple fix in my own settings. Each time though, I was helped within 24 hours.

Unbelievable fast and competent support

I've tried many personalization apps. This one has a lot of options from simple to complex. I don't have many problems with the app but when I do, they always fix within hours of opening a ticket!

This app has worked perfectly for our store needs. We have been on the search for an app or a website that could allow our customers to craft their perfect saddle. This requires some extensive options, and this app helped us provide that to our customers. The app itself is easy to install and easy to use. Their support team is also extremely prompt and helpful. I have reached out a few times with questions about ways to utilize the app in a way that aligns with our products and the app team has been more than accommodating with our inquiries. I am extremely satisfied with the app and the service we have been provided. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a way to allow custom product creation on their website.
